Մեծ Բրիտանիայի վարչապետ Թերեզա Մեյը խոստացել է գործադրել բոլոր ջանքերը, որպեսզի Բրիտանիան ԵՄ կազմից դուրս գալուց հետո ավելի ուժեղ եւ հարուստ դառնա, հայտնում է BBC–ն։
«Բրիտանիայում երկարաժամկետ հեռանկարով ներդրումներ անելով, մեծացնելով բարեկեցությունն ու ընդլայնելով երկրի բնակիչների համար հնարավորությունները, բարեփոխելով կորպորատիվ կառավարման համակարգը՝ մենք ուզում ենք ազատվել վատից»,– ասել է Մեյը։
Նա նաեւ խոստացել է գիտական հետազոտությունների ֆինանսավորումը մինչեւ 2020 թվականը մեծացնել 2 մլրդ ֆունտով։ Բացի այդ, նա խոստացել է փոփոխություններ կատարել կորպորացիաների կառավարման մեջ՝ խորհրդում տեղեր տրամադրելով նաեւ ընկերությունների աշխատակիցներին։ Վարչապետը նաեւ ակնարկել է, որ հարկերը կարող են նվազել այն ընկերությունների համար, որոնք զբաղվում են նորարարություններով։ Նման ընկերությունների համար կորպորատիվ հարկը 2020 թվականն 20 տոկոսից կնվազի մինչեւ 17 տոկոս։
