Բաշար ալ Ասադը հայ պատգամավորներին խոստացել է մոտ ապագայում ճանաչել Հայոց ցեղասպանությունը

Սիրիայի Նախագահ Բաշար ալ Ասադը խոստացել է, որ Սիրիան մոտ ապագայում կհամալրի Հայոց ցեղասպանությունը ճանաչած երկրների շարքը: Ասադն այս մասին հայտնել է հունիսի 1-5-ը աշխատանքային այցով Սիրիա մեկնած հայ պատգամավորների հետ հանդիպմանը: Ազգային ժողովում հայտարարությունների ժամին Սիրիայի Նախագահի հետ հանդիպման արդյունքները ներկայացրեց ՀՀ ԱԺ Հայաստան-Սիրիա խորհրդարանական բարեկամության խմբի ղեկավար Տ աճատ Վարդապետյանը: Նա հայտնեց, որ Սիրիայում իրենք հանդիպումներ և քննարկուներ են տեղի ունեցել Սիրիայի խորհրդարանի այն հանձնաժողովների ղեկավարների հետ, որոնք քննարկել և դատապարտել էին Հայոց ցեղասպանությունը: «Մենք մեր հանդիպումներում հույս հայտնեցինք, որ Սիրիայի խորհրդարանում այս գործընթացը կունենա շարունակական բնույթ և կհասնի իր տրամաբանական ավարտին: Նախագահ Ասադի հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ ևս այդ հարցը քննարկվեց և նա նշեց, որ մոտ ապագայում Սիրիան անպայման համալրելու է այն երկրների ցանկը, որոնք ճանաչել և դատապարտել են Հայոց ցեղասպանությունը»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ ասաց Վարդապետյանը:
Պատգամավորը նշեց, որ հայ պատգամավորների այցի հիմնական նպատակը Սիրիայում ապրող հայերի խնդիրներին ծանոթանալը և դրանց լուծման ուղիների որոնումն է եղել: «Մեր հանդիպումները Սիրիայի մայրաքաղաք Դամասկոսում անցել են ամենաբարձր մակարդակով: Մեզ ընդունեց Սիրիայի Հանրապետության Նախագահը, և կարող եմ ասել, որ նրա վերաբերմունքը հայ ժողովրդի, Սիրիայի հայ համայնքի հանդեպ միայն հարգանքի է արժանի»,- նշեց պատգամավորը:
Նա հայտնեց, որ Սիրիայի Նախագահը կարևորել է հայ համայնքի դերը երկրի պետական կյանքում: Իսկ Սիրիայի խորհրդարանի խոսնակն աննախադեպ է համարել Երևանում Հայոց ցեղասպանության 100-րդ տարելիցին նվիրված միջոցառումները: «Սիրիայի վարչապետի և արտգործնախարարի հետ հանդիպումը ևս անցավ փոխըմբռնման մթնոլորտում: Միայն վարչապետն ափսոսանք հայտնեց, որ Հայաստանի և Սիրիայի միջև կնքված 57 պայմանագրերն արդյունավետ չեն գործում՝ ելնելով այն իրողությունից, որի մեջ գտնվում է Սիրիան»,- ասաց Վարդապետյանը:
