«1 միլիոն դոլարանոց առանձնատուն Մոսին որտեղի՞ց կարող է ունենալ». Սուրեն Սարգսյանը՝ Վահան Բադասյանի հարցաքննության մասին

Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի նախկին պատգամավոր Վահան Բադասյանն այսօր կեսօրից Զինվորական քննչական գլխավոր վարչությունում է, նրան հրավիրվել են հարցաքննության իր իսկ հայտարարությունների հետ կապված: Արդեն ավելի քան հինգ ժամ է անցել, ինչ պարոն Բադասյանը հարցաքննվում է:

Հիշեցնենք, որ Վահան Բադասյանը մամուլին տված հարցազրույցներում հայտարարել էր, որ «Հայաստանի Զինված ուժերի գլխավոր շտաբի պետ Մովսես Հակոբյանը, չարաշահելով իր պաշտոնական դիրքը, խախտելով գնումների մասին օրենքը, շուկայականից զգալի բարձր գներով իր ձեռնարկության և Պաշտպանության նախարարության միջև կնքել է ցորենի գնման պայմանագիր, ինչի արդյունքում բանակից յուրացվել է մի քանի տասնյակ միլիոն դրամ»:

Aravot.am-ը ազատամարտիկ Սուրեն Սարգսյանից հետաքրքրվեց՝ հնարավոր համարո՞ւմ է, որ հարցաքննության արդյունքում նախաքննական մարմինը հիմնավոր չհամարի Վահան Բադասյանի փաստարկները եւ արդյունքում քրեական պատասխանատվության  ենթարկվի հենց Բադասյանը՝ սուտ մատնության հոդվածով, ոչ թե այն անձը, ում հասցեին ուղղված էին նրա մեղադրանքները: «Մենք ապրում ենք մի իրականության մեջ, ուր ամեն ինչ հնարավոր է: Չնայած զավեշտալի կլինի, որ Վահան Բադասյանը հայտարարում է՝ Մոսին թալանում է, մեկ միլիոն դոլարանոց առանձնատուն ունի, դա որտեղի՞ց, ու Բադասյանին ենթարկեն պատասխանատվության: Ինչ է նշանակում ապացույց, թող պարզ հաշվարկ անեն, մեկ միլիոն դոլարանոց առանձնատուն Մոսին որտեղի՞ց կարող է ունենալ: Մոսին ո՞վ է, էդ որ աշխատավարձով, հարյուր տարի նրա աշխատավարձը չի հերիքի:

Եթե քննություն են ուզում անցկացնել, թող նորմալ քննություն անցկացնեն, ու հերթական թող փչոցին չլինի…Վահան Բադասյանն անձնական խնդիր չի լուծում, նա ուզում է լուծել մեր երեխաների  անվտանգության խնդիրը, որոնք ապրում են առաջնագծում, սահմանամերձ գյուղում, ու որեւէ գեներալ, որ բանակը թալանում է, զինվորի հացը գողանում է, նշանակում է՝ խոցելի է դառնում տարածքի բնակիչների կյանքն ու անվտանգությունը»,- ասաց ազատամարտիկը:

ԱԺ ՀՀԿ-ական պատգամավոր Համլետ Հարությունյանն այսօր «Ազատություն»  ռադիոկայանին ասել էր, թե իր տեղեկություններով. «գլխավոր շտաբի պետն է պնդել, որպեսզի գործ հարուցվի և մանրամասն քննվի այդ գործը։ Ես լրիվ համոզված եմ, որ դատախազության պարզելուց հետո մենք կիմանանք, որ Մովսես Հակոբյանը նմանատիպ գործարքների չի գնա երբեք։ Դա ինչ-որ թյուրիմացության, սխալ ինֆորմացիայի արդյունք է։ Այդպիսի բան կապել Մովսես Հակոբյանի հետ, կարծում եմ, որ ազգային շահերի տեսակետից սխալ է, և այսօր անգամ դատախազությունը չնայած իր պահանջով է դա արել, համենայն դեպս մեծ հարված է մեր բանակին»: Պարոն Սարգսյանը պատգամավորի տեղեկություններն արժանահավատ չի համարում. «Համլետ Հարությունյանը, կարծեմ, մականուն ունի չէ՞՝ բարադի Համո են ասում:

Դուք ուզում եք ես լո՞ւրջ ընդունեմ այդպիսի մականունով պատգամավորի հայտարարությունը»: Պարոն Սարգսյանը ի պատասխան մեր հաջորդ հարցին, թե հավատո՞ւմ է, որ Վահան Բադասյանի հայտարարությունների հետքերով իսկապես բացահայտումներ կլինեն ու մեղավորները կպատժվեն, ասաց. «Առջեւում ընտրություններ են, թե ինչ խաղ են խաղում կերեւա, բայց որ ասեմ՝ բացահայտման լուրջ քաղաքական կամք եմ տեսնում, ծիծաղելի կլինի: Ինչ է  Վահա՞նը պետք է ասեր, որ իրենք տեսնեին, որ գեներալները բանակը թալանում են: Իրենք շատ լավ գիտեն, հիմա ինչ-որ աղմուկ է  բարձրացել, տա Աստված, որ դա իմիտացիա չլինի, չնայած ես չեմ հավատում»:
