Ոտքերը խաչած նստելը չափազանց տարածված դիրք է, որով նստում են գրեթե բոլոր մարդիկ։ Այս դիրքը նաև չափազանց էլեգանտ է և շատ հաճապ ասոցացվում է սեքսուալության և գեղեցկության հետ։ Չնայած դրան, այս դիրքը շատ վատ ազդեցություն է թողնում մեր օրգանիզմի և մարմնի  վրա։

Չնայած որ շատ կանայք ավելի գրավիչ են հենց այս դիրքում նստած ժամանակ, երկար ժամանակ նման կեցվածք պահպանելը կարող է շատ վատ անրադառնալ նրանց առաողջության վրա, մասնավորապես՝

  • Այս դիրքում նստելը կարող է հասցնել որոշ նյադային հյուսվածքների կաթվածի։ Ճիշտ է, նստած վիճակում երկարը մնալը նույնպես կարող է նույն խդնրին հանգեցնել, սակայն ոտքերը խաչված դիրքը առավել նպաստավորն է՝ նյարդերի անշարժացման համար։
  • 2010 թվականին կատարված մի շարք հետազոտությունների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ ոտքերը խաչված դիրքում նստելու արդյունքում բարձրանում է արյան ճնաշումը։ Եթե անգամ խնդիր չունք չնշման հետ, այս դիրքում նստելը կարող է հանգեցնել առաողջական վիճակի վատթարացմանը։

Այս ամենը առաջին պատճառը՝ մի ծունկը մյուսի վրա դնելն է, ինչի արդյունքում սիրտը ստիպված է լինում ավեի մեծ քանակությամբ արյուն մղել՝ օրգանիզմի բնականոն կենսագործունեությունը պահպանելու համար։

  • Այս դիրքում երկար նստելը ազդում է նաև հոդերի վրա և առաջացնում է հոդերի տեղաշարժման մեծ ռիսկ։
  • Բացի այդ, ոտքերը խաչված նստելը կարող է հանգեցնել «սադոստայն» - ի առաջացմանը ձեր ոտքերը վրա, քանի որ այս դիրքում ավելանում է ճնշումը մազանոթների և երակների մեջ։

Եվ վերջում, ոտքերը խաչված դիրքում օրական 3 ժամից ավել նստելու հետևանքով Ձեզ մոտ կարող է խախտվել կեցվածքը, ինչպես նաև առաջանալ մեջքի ստորին հատվածի և պարաոցի ցավեր։

Այս պատճառները ավելին քան բավական են ոտքերը խաչված դիրքում այլևս երբեք չնստելու համար։
