Ադրբեջանի արտաքին պարտքը մեկ շնչի հաշվարկով անցել է 1000 դոլարը

Ադրբեջանի արտաքին պետական պարտքը մեկ շնչի հաշվարկով վերցված վարկերի համաձայն` կազմում է 782,6, իսկ ստորագրված պայմանագրերի համաձայն` 1080 դոլար:

Ադրբեջանցի տնտեսական գիտությունների դոկտոր, փորձագետ Քուբադ Իբադօղլուի հաղորդմամբ` Ադրբեջանը մինչեւ 2016 թվականի հուլիսի 1-ը միջազգային ֆինանսա-բանկային կազմակերպությունների եւ այլ վարկային կազմակերպությունների հետ կնքել է 10,6 մլրդ ամերիկյան դոլարի վարկային համաձայնագրեր:
Այս համաձայնագրերի հիման վրա վերցված վարկերի ծավալով Ադրբեջանի արտաքին պարտքը կազմում է 7,6 մլրդ ամերիկյան դոլար, ինչը կազմում է Ադրբեջանի ՀՆԱ-ի 20 տոկոսը:
Փորձագետի խոսքերով մինչեւ 2016 թվականի հուլիսի 1-ը ստորագրված միջազգային համաձայնագրերի հիման վրա Ադրբեջանի վերցրած վարկերի 68,5 տոկոսը կազմում են դոլարով վերցված վարկերը, 18,3 տոկոսը` եվրոյով, 3,7-ը` ճապոնական արժույթով` իենով, իսկ մնացյալ 1,7 տոկոսը տարբեր արժույթներով վերցված վարկերը:
Ադրբեջանում ներգրավված վարկերի 39,2 տոկոսը ֆիքսված, իսկ 60,8 տոկոսը փոփոխական տոկոսադրույքներով են:
Ադրբեջանի 2017 թվականի պետական բյուջեում պետական պարտքերի ծառայության գծով ծախսերը (հիմնական պարտքի եւ տոկոսների գծով) նախատեսվել է 1 մլրդ 768 մլն մանաթի չափով, ինչը 2016 թվականի համեմատ, 6,3 մլն մանաթով կամ 0,4 տոկոսով պակաս է:
