Շաբաթական առնվազն երեք անգամ ձուկ ուտող կանայք պաշտպանում են իրենց օրգանիզմն աղիների վտանգավոր պոլիպներից, որոնք հանգեցնում են քաղցկեղի առաջացմանը, հաղորդում է med2.ru-ն:
Հարվարդի համալսարանի գիտնականների կարծիքով՝ օմեգա-3 ճարպաթթուն, որը պարունակվում է ծովային ձկների ճարպի մեջ, օժտված է հակաբորբոքային ազդեցությամբ, որը նման է ասպիրինի ազդեցությանը, ինչն էլ կանխում է աղիների պատերի պոլիպների առաջացումն ու զարգացումը: Ավելի վաղ կենդանիների վրա արված գիտափորձերը ցույց են տվել, որ այս թթուները նվազեցնում են քաղցկեղի առաջացման հավանականությունը, սակայն մարդկանց վրա արված գիտափորձերը միանշանակ արդյունքներ չէին տվել:
Ուսումնասիրության ընթացքում գիտնականները հարցում են անցկացրել կոլոնոսկոպիա անցած 5300 հիվանդի շրջանում՝ պարզելու համար նրանց սովորությունները՝ կապված սննդի հետ: Արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ պոլիպներ ունեցող կանանց շրջանում մեծ մասամբ եղեն են նրանք, որոնք ձուկ գրեթե չեն օգտագործել: Հաշվի առնելով քաղցկեղի առաջացման այնպիսի գործոնները, ինչպիսիք են տարիքը, ծխախոտի չարաշահումը և այլն, գիտնականները եկել են այն եզրահանգման, որ շաբաթական երեք անգման ձուկ օգտագործելը թույլ է տալիս 33%-ով նվազեցնել պոլիպների առաջացման վտանգը:
Այսպիսով՝ գիտնականները ենթադրում են, որ ձուկը կանանց համար յուրահատուկ կանխարգելիչ միջոց է՝ աղիների պատերին առաջացող պոլիպների և քաղցկեղի զարգացման դեմ:
