«Ժամանակ». «Հանրապետությունը», «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիրը» եւ «Ժառանգությունը» միավորվում են

«Ժամանակ» թերթը գրում է. «2017 թվականի ապրիլի 2-ին կայանալիք խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին ընդառաջ՝ ընդդիմադիր քաղաքական դաշտը դաշինքներ  կազմելու ակտիվ քննարկումների մեջ է։

Եթե «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության նախորդ վարչությունը կտրականապես դեմ էր դաշինքներով ընտրություններին մասնակցելուն, Գյումրիի եւ Վանաձորի ՏԻՄ ընտրություններից հետո վերանայել է իր մոտեցումը, եւ այս օրերին կուսակցության վարչության նոր նախագահ, ազատամարտիկ Սասուն Միքայելյանը ակտիվ հանդիպումներ է ունենում։ Կուսակցությունը, սակայն, դեմ է կարճաժամկետ դաշինքներին, կարեւոր է համարում հետագայում մեկ ընդդիմություն դառնալու գաղափարը։

Քննարկվում է դաշինքների մի քանի սցենար,  ամենահավանական տարբերակը «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր»-«Հանրապետություն» դաշինքի սցենարն է։

«Հանրապետություն» կուսակցության առաջնորդ Արամ Զ. Սարգսյանը, ով նաեւ ներկա էր ՔՊ-ի արտահերթ համաժողովին, բազմիցս հայտարարել է, որ առաջիկա ընտրություններին պատրաստվում է մասնակցել դաշինքով եւ  կգործակցի այն ուժերի հետ, որոնք դեմ են Եվրասիական տնտեսական միությանը։  Հիշեցնենք, որ Նիկոլ  Փաշինյանը թեպետ հիմա ԵՏՄ-ից դուրս գալը սխալ է համարում, այդուհանդերձ՝ խորհրդարանում դեմ է քվեարկել այդ նախագծին։

Այս ուժերին հնարավոր է միանա նաեւ Եվրաասոցացման ջատագով «Ժառանգություն»-ը, որը նախօրեին քաղխորհրդի ընդլայնված նիստ է անցկացրել եւ հայտարարել ընդդիմադիր դաշտի միավորման անհրաժեշտության մասին, թեպետ «Ժառանգության» մասով միանշանակ չէ «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագրի» ցանկությունը։

«Ժառանգություն» կուսակցության փոխնախագահ Արմեն Մարտիրոսյանը մեզ հետ զրույցում հաստատեց այն տեղեկությունը, որ այժմ բանակցություններ են տանում ընտրություններին դաշինքով մասնակցելու համար, սակայն գործընթացին չվնասելու համար  անուններ չի հրապարակի։ Մեր դիտարկմանը՝ տեղեկություն կա, որ կոնկրետ «Քաղպայմանագրի» եւ «Հանրապետություն» կուսակցությունների հետ եք բանակցություններ վարում, եւ դեռեւս կան որոշակի անհամաձայնություններ, Արմեն Մարտիրոսյանն արձագանքեց. «Ո՛չ կհաստատեմ, ո՛չ կհերքեմ։ Այս փուլում անուններ չեմ կարող տալ»:

Մարտիրոսյանը հավելեց, որ քննարկել են նաեւ այն հարցը, թե որ ուժերի հետ ոչ մի դեպքում չեն գործակցի. «Նմանատիպ ուժերի մասին խոսել ենք խորհրդի նիստի ժամանակ՝ թույլ տվեք անուններ չտամ։ Քանի որ հիմա գործընթաց է  ընթանում, ճիշտ չեմ համարում անուններ նշելը»։

Մեր զրուցակիցն ընդգծեց, որ  վերջնական հայտարարի գալու համար կարեւոր է նաեւ կուսակցությունների արտաքին քաղաքական կողմնորոշումը՝ Հայաստանի ինքնիշխանության հարցը. «Մենք կողմնակից ենք, որ Հայաստանը բոլորի հետ նորմալ հարաբերություններ ունենա եւ որեւէ պետությունից, այս դեպքում՝ Ռուսաստանից, վասալային կախվածություն չունենա այն աստիճան, որ վարչապետի պաշտոնին «նամեստնիկ» ուղարկեն։

Հավանաբար «Հանրապետություն»-«Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության միավորման մասով որոշումը հանրությանը հայտնի կդառնա մոտ օրերս»:
