«ՀԺ». Շաքարավազը սրնթաց թանկանում է. ո՞վ է ավելի հզոր եւ ազդեցիկ

«Հայկական ժամանակ» թերթը գրում է. «Մեր խանութներում սրընթաց թանկանում է շաքարավազը: Երեկվա դրությամբ «Երեւան Սիթիում» մեկ կիլոգրամ շաքարավազի գինը հասել էր 405 դրամի: Գործ ունենք, շատ մեղմ ասած, տարօրինակ երեւույթի հետ: Խնդիրն այն է, որ ինչպես շաքարը, այնպես էլ շաքարի հումքը վերջին ամիսներին աշխարհում թանկանում են: Սակայն այն շաքարավազը, որը հիմա վաճառվում է մեր խանութներում, արտադրվել է Սամվել Ալեքսանյանին պատկանող շաքարի գործարանում: Իսկ այդ արտադրանքի հումքը ներկրվել է դեռ այս տարվա առաջին կեսին, երբ շաքարի համաշխարհային գները դեռ շատ ցածր էին: Համեմատության համար նշենք, որ այս տարի  ներկրված շաքարի մեկ կիլոգրամի մաքսային արժեքը կազմել է 36 ցենտ, իսկ անցած տարի ներկրվածինը` 42 ցենտ: Այսինքն, շաքարի ներկրման գինը նվազել է 14 տոկոսով: Անցած տարի այս ժամանակ շաքարի մեկ կիլոգրամը, համաձայն ԱՎԾ պաշտոնական տվյալների, վաճառվում էր 350 դրամով, հիմա` 405 դրամով:             

Այսինքն թանկացել է 15 տոկոսով: Եվ ուրեմն, ներկրվող շաքարը էժանացել է 14 տոկոսով, խանութներում այն թանկացել է 15 տոկոսով: Շաքարի շուկան Հայաստանում մոնոպոլիզացված է, եւ շաքարի գնի նման պատկերը տեսականորեն ամբողջությամբ գտնվում է Արտակ Շաբոյանի ղեկավարած Տնտեսական մրցակցության պաշտպանության պետական հանձնաժողովի «տեսահորիզոնում»: Թե որքանով այդ հանձնաժողովը ուշադրություն կդարձնի գնային այս «բեսպրեդելին», դեռ հայտնի չէ: Հայտնի չէ նաեւ, թե որքանով հետեւողականորեն ու խիստ կլինի այդ հանձնաժողովը Սերժ Սարգսյանի ամենամտերիմ օլիգարխի` Սամվել Ալեքսանյանի (Լֆիկ Սամոյի) «վարած» այսպիսի «գնային քաղաքականության» նկատմամբ»:
