Կայացել են 2017թ. Երևանի զարգացման ծրագրի, բյուջեի և տեղական տուրքերի դրույքաչափերը սահմանելու մասին որոշումների նախագծերի հանրային լսումները

Երևանի քաղաքապետարանում նոյեմբերի 21-ին կազմակերպված հանրային լսումների շրջանակում, որը վարել է քաղաքապետի տեղակալ Վահե Նիկոյանը,   ներկայացվել են 2017թ. Երևանի զարգացման ծրագրի, բյուջեի և տեղական տուրքերի դրույքաչափերը սահմանելու մասին Երևանի ավագանու որոշումների նախագծերը: Լսումներին մասնակցել են Երևանի ավագանու անդամներ, շահագրգիռ հասարակական կազմակերպությունների և քաղաքացիական հասարակության ներկայացուցիչներ:

Զեկույցներով հանդես են եկել Երևանի քաղաքապետի տեղակալ Վահե Նիկոյանը, աշխատակազմի եկամուտների հաշվառման և գանձման վարչության պետ Արմեն Հարությունյանը, ինչպես նաև  զարգացման և ներդրումային ծրագրերի վարչության պետ Տիգրան Սարգսյանը:

Անդրադառնալով Երևան քաղաքի 2017 թվականի բյուջեի նախագծին՝  քաղաքապետի տեղակալ Վահե Նիկոյանն ընդգծել է, որ 2017 թվականի զարգացման հիմնական ուղղությունների հիմքում Երևանի տարածքային համաչափ ու կայուն զարգացման շարունակականություն ապահովումն է: Ըստ այդմ, հաջորդ տարի, ընթացիկ ծրագրերին զուգահեռ, կյանքի կկոչվեն մայրաքաղաքի համար կենսական նշանակության մի շարք նոր ծրագրեր:

Աշխատակազմի զարգացման և ներդրումային ծրագրերի վարչության պետն էլ, ներկայացնելով Երևանի զարգացման 2017 թվականի ծրագիրը, նշել է, որ ծրագրի հիմնական նպատակը մեկ տարվա կտրվածքով քաղաքային տնտեսության զարգացման ուղղությունները նախանշելն է՝ հաշվի առնելով առկա հիմնախնդիրները: Ծրագրի գերակայությունները սահմանվել են՝ հիմք ընդունելով Երևանի զարգացման 2014-2017թթ. քառամյա ծրագրի նախագծի գերակայությունները:

Հանրային լսումների շրջանակում մասնակիցների կողմից տրված բոլոր հարցերին տրվել են սպառիչ պատասխաններ:

Օրակարգի երեք հարցերի նախագծերն առաջիկայում կներկայացվեն Երևանի քաղաքապետին կից Երևանի քաղաքային համայնքի զարգացման քառամյա ծրագրի և տարեկան բյուջեի կառավարման խորհրդի նիստի քննարկմանը:
