Գրեթե ամեն օր Ադրբեջանի կողմից խախտվում է հրադադարի ռեժիմը: Սահմանին տիրող վիճակի վերաբերյալ Past.am-ը զրուցեց ԼՂՀ նախագահի խոսնակ, քաղաքագետ Դավիթ Բաբայանի հետ:
 
«Ադրբեջանական կողմի նման պահվածքը որևէ ձևով արտառոց չի կարելի գնահատել: Դա արդեն դարձել է մեր առօրյան: Նրանք ամեն օր էլ խախտում են հրադադարի ռեժիմը, դա իրենց էությունն է: Տեսանք, որ ապրիլ ամսին իրենք պատերազմ էին հայտարարել ու հարձակվել: Այս իրադարձությունները ցույց են տալիս, թե ինչպիսի պետություն է Ադրբեջանը. այն ֆաշիստական, ագրեսիվ, հայատյաց երկիր է: Նման պետությունը հենց այդպիսի պահվածքով է աչքի ընկնում»,–ասաց Դավիթ Բաբայանը:
 
Նման պահվածքը, ըստ Դավիթ Բաբայանի, ուղիղ համեմատական է Ադրբեջանում տիրող լուրջ խնդիրներին. «Ադրբեջանում տիրող որոշ պայմաններ` սոցիալ–տնտեսական վիճակը, քաղաքական խնդիրները, բերում են նրան, որ ադրբեջանական իշխանությունն է՛լ ավելի ագրեսիվ պահվածք դրսևորի սահմանագծին»:
 
Որպես պատճառ ԼՂՀ նախագահի խոսնակը նշեց նաև ապրիլյան պատերազմում ադրբեջանական կողմի պարտությունը. «Ապրիլյան պատերազմի պարտությունը հասկացրեց, որ ուժային տարբերակով հարցը կարգավորել հնարավոր չէ: Սա ևս ինչ–որ չափով ունեցավ իր ազդեցությունը, որ Ադրբեջանը դրսևորի հանցավոր պահվածք` օգտագործի դիպուկահարներ, խախտի հրադադարի ռեժիմը»:
