ՀՀ մշակույթի նախարարության աջակցությամբ նոյեմբերի 17-24-ը Հայաստանում անցկացվում է Մանկապատանեկան արվեստի  ներառական հանրապետական փառատոնը, որի իրականացմանն աջակցում են «Մշակութային կրթության աջակցության հիմնադրամ»-ը եւ «Երեխաների հատուկ ստեղծագործական կենտրոնը»:

«Արմենպրես»-ի տեղեկացմամբ՝ փառատոնի շրջանակում, ի թիվս այլ միջոցառումների, Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետարանի աջակցությամբ  Գավառի մանկատանը՝ մանկատան սաների եւ քաղաքի հաշմանդամություն ունեցող երեխաների ուժերով իրականացվեցին մանկապատանեկան համերգ եւ ցուցահանդես: Ցուցահանդեսում ներկայացված էին մանկատան շնորհալի սաների ձեռքի դիտարժան աշխատանքները: Հանդիսատեսը ականատես եղավ Գավառի մանկատան երգչախմբի եւ թատերախմբի, «Երեխաների հատուկ ստեղծագործական կենտրոնի» Գավառի մասնաճյուղի պարային հասույթի սաների ուժերով բեմադրված փոքրիկ ներկայացումների, զվարճալի ծրագրերի, ազգագրական, հայրենասիրական երգերի ու պարերի: Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրեց «Մշակութային կրթության աջակցության հիմնադրամ»-ի փոխտնօրեն Տիգրան Թոխրամաջյանը, փառատոնի նպատակն է՝ հանրության շրջանում հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձանց նկատմամբ հանդուրժողականության մթնոլորտի ձեւավորումը, հաշմանդամություն եւ ոչ հաշմանդամություն ունեցող երեխաների մասնագիտական ունակությունների բացահայտումն ու զարգացումը: «Ստեղծագործական ծրագրերի իրական ացումը այս կերպ խթանում է հաշմանդամություն ունեցող երեխաների հետաքրքրությունների ընդլայնմանը, նրանց ինքնադրսեւորման եւ ինքնարտահայտման արդյունավետության բարձրացմանը, ոչ հաշմանդամ երեխաների հետ նրանց անկաշկանդ շփումներին եւ նոր համագործակցությունների ձեւավորմանը: Միաժամանակ նմանօրինակ միջոցառումները նպատակ ունեն  հրավիրել հանրության ուշադրությունը հաշմանդամություն ունեցող երեխաների ստեղծագործական գործունեության վրա, բացահայտել եւ աջակցել շնորհալի երեխաներին, խթանել երեխաների ստեղծագործական ունակությունների զարգացում ը: Բացահայտելով հաշմանդամ երեխայի հոգեբանական բարդությունները՝ հնարավոր է աստիճանաբար հաղթահարել դրանք եւ նրանց դարձնել հասարակության լիարժեք անդամ»,-նշեց Տիգրան Թոխրամաջյանը:
