Սեպտեմբերի 11-ին Ծաղկաձորում մեկնարկեց երկօրյա սեմինար, որի ընթացքում կրթության ոլորտի մի շարք պատասխանատուներ ներկայացրեցին «Կրթության որակ և համապատասխանություն» վարկային երկրորդ ծրագրի շրջանակում կատարված աշխատանքները:

Ինչպես հայտնում է Past.am-ը, համաժողովի բացմանը ելույթ ունեցավ ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարար Արմեն Աշոտյանը: Անդրադառնալով «Կրթության որակ և համապատասխանություն» վարկային երկրորդ ծրագրի արդյունքներին և «Կրթության բարելավում» ծրագրի մեկնարկին՝ Աշոտյանն ասաց. «Վարկային ծրագրերը թույլ են տալիս անել այն, ինչ պետական բյուջեի ընթացիկ հատկացումներով հնարավոր չէ և կրթական համակարգը համապատասխանեցնել լավագույն միջազգային ստանդարտներին»: Ըստ նախարարի` այս ծրագրի միջոցով բացվել է 280 նախակրթարան՝ 20.000 երեխայի համար:

Աշոտյանը հավելեց, որ սրանով նախադպրոցական կրթության խնդիրները ամբողջապես չեն լուծվել, բայց խնդիրների մեծ մասը լուծված է: Ավագ դպրոցների առումով էլ նախարարը նշեց, որ այս ժամանակահատվածում բազմաթիվ ավագ դպրոցների ուսուցիչներ վերապատրաստումներ են անցել: «Ընդունելով առկա ծրագրային խնդիրները՝ նախարարությունն անշեղորեն կյանքի է կոչելու ավագ դպրոցների կայացման ծրագիրը»,- ասաց Արմեն Աշոտյանը:

Նախարարը նաև ընդգծեց, որ վարկային ծրագիրը չի նշանակում միայն գումարի տրամադրում, սա նաև միտքը տեղայնացնելու հնարավորություն է: Ըստ բանախոսի` կրթական համակարգը, լինելով ազգային-ավանդական, պետք է լինի նաև ժամանակակից, պետք է փորձել ցույց տալ, որ ավանդականը կարող է լինել արդիական:
