ՍԱՊԾ-ը հիշեցնում է սննդի շղթայի օպերատորների պարտադիր գրանցման մասին

ՀՀ ԳՆ սննդի անվտանգության պետական ծառայությունը հիշեցնում է, որ սննդի շղթայի օպերատորները պարտավոր են գրանցվել ՍԱՊԾ-ում: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԳՆ ՍԱՊԾ տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:
ՍԱՊԾ հաղորդագրության մեջ ասվում է.
«Սննդամթերքի անվտանգության մասին» Հայաստանի Հանրապետության օրենքի 17-րդ հոդվածի համաձայն՝ սննդամթերք, սննդային ու կենսաբանական ակտիվ հավելումներ արտադրող, վերամշակող, ներմուծող, ինչպես նաև իրացնող իրավաբանական անձինք և անհատ ձեռնարկատերերը, այդ թվում՝ հանրային սննդի կազմակերպությունները, պարտավոր են իրենց կողմից կատարվող գործառնությունների մասին տեղեկատվություն տրամադրել ՀՀ ԳՆ սննդամթերքի անվտանգության պետական ծառայությանը՝ ք. Երևան Կոմիտաս 49/2 հասցեով`թղթային տարբերակով կամ առցանց՝
Ծառայությունը հորդորում է սննդի շղթայի բոլոր օպերատորներին կատարել այս օրենսդրական պահանջը և տեղեկացնում, որ խստորեն հետևելու է գործընթացին: Սխալ կամ թերի տեղեկատվություն տրամադրելու, ինչպես նաև պահանջվող տեղեկատվությունը ժամանակին չտրամադրելու դեպքում տնտեսավարողը կենթարկվի վարչական պատասխանատվության՝ ՎԱՐՉԱԿԱՆ ԻՐԱՎԱԽԱԽՏՈՒՄՆԵՐԻ ՎԵՐԱԲԵՐՅԱԼ ՀՀ ՕՐԵՆՍԳՐՔԻ 158-րդ հոդվածի համաձայն՝ 100.000 ՀՀ դրամի չափով:
