Financial Times․ Թրամփի նկատմամբ Պուտինի հիացմունքը շուտով կարող է մարել

Կան ծանրակշիռ նշաններ, որ Թրամփը կձգտի գործարք կնքել Մոսկվայի հետ, սակայն չկան երաշխիքներ, որ դա նրան կհաջողվի։ Իրականում Թրամփի հետ փոխգործակցելը կարող է Մոսկվայի համար ավելի դժվար լինել, քան նա ակնկալում է, գրում է Financial Times–ը։
«Պուտինը անակնկալները դարձրել է իր քաղաքական գործելաոճի մի մասը։ Սակայն նա նախընտրում է, որ իր ընկերներն ու թշնամիները մշտական ու հայտնի մեծություններ լինեն, ինչպիսին չէ Թրամփը»,- ասվում է հոդվածում։
«ԱՄՆ նոր նախագահի անկանխատեսելի անձը կարող է փոթորկող հարաբերությունների հանգեցնել»,- ասել է Ալեքսանդր Բաունովը Մոսկվայի Կարնեգի կենտրոնից։
Թրամփի նախընտրական մեկնաբանություններից մի քանիսը՝ ակնարկները, որ ինքը կարող է ճանաչել Ղրիմի նկատմամբ Ռուսաստանի պահանջները, ազատական ինտերվենցիոնիզմին վերջ տալու խոստումները ու Սիրիայում պատերազմի հարցում ռուսական մոտեցմանն աջակցելը հաճելի են Մոսկվայի ականջին։ Բայց մյուսները հնարավոր տարաձայնություններ են խոստանում։
Եվ այսպես Թրամփը սպառնում էր չեղարկել անցած տարի Ռուսաստանի դաշնակից Իրանի հետ կնքված միջուկային գործարքը, որի նախապատարստմանը Ռուսաստանը մասնակցել Է։ Բացի դրանից Թրամփը թշնամական մոտեցում ունի Չինաստանի հանդեպ, որի հետ կապեր կառուցելու ուղղությամբ Ռուսաստանն աշխատում է վերջին տարիներին։
«Եվս մեկ բարդացնող գործոն է այն հնարավորությունը, որ Կոնգրեսը ու Թրամփի կաբինետը կարող են զսպող դեր կատարել։ Հիմա խորհրդարանի երկու պալատներն էլ կոմպելկտավորված են «ավանդական» բազե- հանրապետականներով, որոնք դժվար թե ողջունեն որեւէ գործարք, որը Կրեմլին զիջումի նշույլ պարունակի»,- ասվում է հոդվածում։
«Վերջին խնդիրն էլ անձնական առանձնահատկություններն են։ Երկու քաղաքական գործիչներն էլ վայելում են մաչո առաջնորդների իմիջ։ Սակայն բռնապետ առաջնորդները պարտադիր չէ, որ սիրեն իրար։ Պատմությանը հայտնի են բազմաթիվ օրինակներ, որ նման առաջնորդները վիճում են, ինչը վտանգավոր հետեւանքներ է ունենում աշխարհի համար»,- ամփոփում է հեղինակը։
