«ՀԺ»․ Կառավարությունը մոտ 19 միլիոնով մեքենայի 1 պահեստամաս է գնել

«Հայկական ժամանակ» թերթը գրում է. «ՀՀ կառավարությունն այս տարի իր գնումների պլանով բավականին ուշագրավ մի գնում է նշել՝ 18 մլն 915 հազար դրամով մեքենայի մեկ պահեստամաս է ձեռք բերել: Փաստաթղթում նշված չէ, սակայն, թե դա ինչ պահեստամաս է եւ ինչ մեքենայի համար:
Հավանաբար կառավարությունն ինքը կպարզաբանի, եթե հարկ համարի: Այնուամենայնիվ, հնարավոր չէ պատկերացնել, թե մոտ 40 հազար դոլարով այդ ինչ պահեստամաս կարելի է ձեռք բերել, երբ այդ գումարով ամբողջական շքեղ մեքենա է հնարավոր գնել: Թերեւս կարելի է ասել, որ նման թանկարժեք պահեստամաս ձեռք բերված կլինի վարչապետի ծառայողական մեքենայի համար:
Թեման զարգացնելով՝ կարող ենք չբացառել, որ այդ պահեստամասը կարող էր լինել թանկարժեք մետաղից, օրինակ, ոսկուց կամ թանկարժեք քարից՝ ադամանդից: Եվ որ այդ պահեստամասի գնման նպատակն այդ ծառայողական մեքենան թյունինգի ենթարկելն է: Ասենք՝ այն դռան բռնակը, որի կողմից վարչապետն է մեքենա նստում, լինի 999,9 հարգի ոսկուց, վրան էլ ադամանդե քարեր, ինչպես լինում է արաբական երկրների շեյխերի մեքենաների դեպքում: Ամեն դեպքում նշենք, որ այս գնումը հաստատված է եղել նախկին վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի օրոք»:
