Նոյեմբերյան քաղաքի բնակչուհի Սոֆյա Խասիկյանը 2010թ. մարտից որպես պայմանագրային զինծառայող` սանհրահանգիչ (բուժքույր), կոչումով շարքային, ծառայել է Իջեւանի տարածաշրջանում տեղակայված զորամասում:

Ծառայել է առաջնագծում, լավ ծառայության համար բազմիցս արժանացել պատվոգրերի: Պայմանագրային զինծառայության նրա ժամկետը լրանում է 2017թ. հուլիսի 25-ին: 2016թ. հոկտեմբերի 10-ից մինչեւ նոյեմբերի 10-ը գտնվել է հերթական արձակուրդի մեջ: Նոյեմբերի 11-ին վերադառնալով պայմանագրային գումարտակ՝ իմացել է, որ 3-րդ բանակային կորպուսի հրամանատար Գրիգորի Խաչատուրովի հրամանով ինքն ազատված է զինծառայությունից, քանի որ 51 տարեկան է: Ս. Խասիկյանը «ժողովրդին» ասաց, որ իրեն զորացրելու հրամանը տրվել է նոյեմբերի 7-ին, երբ ինքն արձակուրդի մեջ է եղել: Ս. Խասիկյանի ներկայացմամբ՝ իրենց գումարտակում կան պայմանագրային զինծառայող կանայք, ովքեր 51, 54 կամ 55 տարեկան են: Միայնակ ապրող Սոֆյան հայտնեց, որ ֆինանսական վատ վիճակում է, «Հայբիզնեսբանկից» վարկ է վերցրել՝ բնակարանը նորոգելու համար, որը պետք է մարեր աշխատավարձով: Նոյեմբերի 11-ին Ս. Խասիկյանը Դիլիջանի քաղաքապետարանի շենքում հանդիպել է Դիլիջան այցելած Կարեն Կարապետյանին: Վարչապետը լսելով խնդրի մասին՝ Ս. Խասիկյանին ասել է, որ նա կշարունակի իր ծառայությունը: Վարչապետին ուղղված Ս. Խասիկյանի դիմումը նոյեմբերի 16-ին ուղարկվել է ՊՆ, որտեղից դեռ պատասխան չկա:
