7 հիմնավոր պատճառ, թե ինչո՞ւ պետք է հաճախակի նուռ ուտել

Ամենահայտնի առանձնահատկությունը սակավարյունության դեմ պայքարն է: Սակավարյունության դեպքում պետք է երկու ամիս անընդմեջ, ուտելուց 30 րոպե առաջ, օրական 3 անգամ նռան հյութ խմել:

Նռան կեղևի թուրմը կամ հյութը օգտագործվում է կոկորդի (անգինայի և ֆարինգիտի դեպքում), բերանի խոռոչի ողողումների համար:
4. Փոխարինում է ինսուլինին:
Նուռն այն սակավաթիվ ուտելիքներից մեկն է, որը ոչ միայն թույլատրելի, այլև օգտակար է շաքարով հիվանդների համար:
5. Բուժում է մաշկը:
Եթե ձեր մաշկը յուղոտ է, բշտիկներ են առաջանում կամ բորբոքված է, ապա շատ օգտակար է հետևյալ դիմակը. մանրացված նռան կեղևը թեթև տաքացնել, խառնել կարագին կամ ձիթապտղի յուղին, պահել սառնարանում և շաբաթը 2 անգամ քսել մաշկին

Կեղևն ու հատիկները կապող հատկություն ունեն, որի պատճառով օգտագործում են փորլուծության համար: Մեծահասակների համար պետք է կեղևը չորացնել, մանրացնել և մի փոքր գդալի չափով օրական 3 անգամ ընդունել: Երեխաներին կարելի է տալ կիսով չափ ջրով բացած թարմ քամած հյութ:
7. Բուժում է բորբոքումները:
Տարբեր բորբոքային հիվանդությունների (երիկամային, լյարդի, աչքերի և ականջների, հոդերի, կանացի օրգանների) դեպքում օգնում է նռան կեղևի թուրմը:
