Հայաստանի մայրաքաղաք Երևանից մոտ 140 կմ հեռավորության վրա գտնվող Ախթալա քաղաքի միջնադարյան բերդի և վանական համալիրի հարակից տարածքն արդեն 7-րդ անգամ բուրում էր խորովածի ախորժաբեր հոտով: Տարբեր կողմերից եկած զբոսաշրջիկների համար այն դարձել էր ակտիվ հանգստի գոտի. մի կողմում համեղ խորովածի տեսականիներն էին, մյուս ում' բեմը, ուր ամենատարբեր կատարումներ էին հնչում: «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ' սեպտեմբերի երկրորդ շաբաթ օրն անցկացվեց Խորովածի փառատոնը:

Կոլորիտային միջավայրում տարբեր բաղադրատոմսերից պատրաստված խորովածը, կրակի վրա պատրաստված բանջարեղենը, սունկն ու նրբերշիկը դեպ իրենց էին կանչում երկար ճանապարհ կտրած այցելուներին: Խոհարարներն էլ ջանք չէին խնայում իրենց պատրաստածը ներկաներին առաջարկելու հարցում:

Պատմության և մշակույթի սիրահարներն էլ այդ ամենին զուգահեռ ծանոթանում էինք Ախթալայի վանական համալիրի ու բերդի պատմությանը, լուսանկարվում:

«Հայ խոհարարական ավանդույթների զարգացման և պահպանման» ՀԿ նախագահ Սեդրակ Մամուլյանը լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ուրախությամբ փաստեց, որ իր ակնկալիքներն ավելի քան արդարացել են: «Միջոցառումը սահուն անցավ, մասնակիցները գիտեին ինչի համար են մասնակցում, նրանք հաղթական էին տրամադրված, բայց ավելի շատ ցանկանում էին լավ ներկայանալ: Այցելուներն էլ գիտեին' ինչի համար են եկել փառատոնին»,-ասաց Սեդրակ Մամուլյանը' նշելով, որ այս տարի ավելի մեծ թվով զբոսաշրջիկներ են այցելել Խորովածի փառատոնին:

Նա հայտնեց, որ ի տարբերություն նախորդ տարիների, Խորովածի 7-րդ փառատոնին թիմեր կազմավորելու խնդիր չեն ունեցել: « 23 թիմեր' կազմված ռեստորանների ներկայացուցիչներից, անհատ քաղաքացիներից, իրենք կամավոր ցանկություն են հայտնել ու այժմ էլ մասնակցում են փառատոնին»,-շեշտեց Սեդրակ Մամուլյանը:

Խոհարարն ասաց, որ այս փառատոնին ամենից շատ հավանել է իր հարազատ գյուղի' Խոխմելի խորովածը' պատրաստված գառան մսից և ուրցից:
