ՀՀ 416 քաղաքացի ստացել է անվճար երթևեկության վկայական

2016 թ. հունվար - հոկտեմբեր ժամանակահատվածում ՀՀ տրանսպորտի, կապի և տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների նախարարություն մուտքագրվել է 29434 դիմում և գրություն, որից 87-ը եղել են քաղաքացիների դիմում-բողոքներ: Դիմում-գրություններից 1308-ը ստացվել են նախարարության էլեկտրոնային փոստով:
Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ տրանսպորտի, կապի և տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների նախարարության լրատվական ծառայությունից։
Նույն ժամանակահատվածում 416 քաղաքացիներ ստացել են անվճար երթևեկության վկայական:
2016 թ. հունվարի 1-ից նոյեմբերի 23-ը նախարարության լիցենզավորման գործակալության «Մեկ պատուհան» սկզբունքով տրամադրվել է ֆիզիկական անձանց կողմից մեկ մարդատար-տաքսի ավտոմոբիլով ուղևորափոխադրումների կազմակերպման գործունեության 1776 լիցենզիա և ներդիր, անհատ ձեռնարկատերերի և կազմակերպությունների կողմից մարդատար-տաքսի ավտոմոբիլով ուղևորափոխադրումների կազմակերպման գործունեության 38 լիցենզիա և 780 ներդիր, փոտային կապի գործունեության 4 լիցենզիա և 8 ներդիր, ինչպես նաև ՀՀ կողմից արտաքին առևտրի դեպքում սահմանափակումների ենթակա ռադիոէլեկտրոնային և (կամ) քաղաքացիական օգտագործման բարձր հաճախականության սարքերի, այդ թվում՝ ներկառուցված կամ այլ ապրանքների կազմի մեջ մտնող սարքերի ներկրման 507 լիցենզիա:
Զանգվածային լրատվամիջոցներից, քաղաքացիներից և իրավաբանական անձանցից առձեռն, էլեկտրոնային փոստով կամ նախարարության պաշտոնական կայքի միջոցով առցանց ստացվել է տեղեկատվություն տրամադրելու վերաբերյալ գրավոր կամ էլեկտրոնային 137 հարցում, որոնց նույնպես ընթացք է տրվել և ըստ էության պատշաճ պատասխանվել է «Տեղեկատվության ազատության մասին» ՀՀ օրենքով սահմանված կարգով և ժամկետներում:
Վերոնշյալ ժամանակահատվածում ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի պատգամավորներից ստացվել է 18 հարցում:
Անհապաղ կամ հնարավորին սեղմ ժամկետում պատասխանվել է տեղեկություն ստանալու վերաբերյալ բոլոր բանավոր հարցումներին:
Ինչպես բանավոր, այնպես էլ գրավոր և էլեկտրոնային հարցումների դեպքում նախարարությունը քաղաքացիներից չի պահանջել հիմնավորել հարցումները, տեղեկատվություն տրամադրելու համար որևէ վճար ևս չի պահանջվել:
Նախարարությունում գործում են և պաշտոնական կայքում հրապարակված են «թեժ գծերի» հեռախոսահամարները, որոնցով հասարակությունը կարող է օպերատիվ տեղեկանալ միջպետական և հանրապետական նշանակության ավտոմոբիլային ճանապարհների իրավիճակի, մարդատար-տաքսի ավտոմեքենաներով ուղևորափոխադրումներ իրականացնելու լիցենզավորման գործընթացի, ինչպես նաև իրավաբանական և ֆիզիկական անձանց գրությունների և նամակների ընթացքին:
ՀՀ տրանսպորտի, կապի և տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների նախարարության պաշտոնական կայքը քաղաքացիներին հնարավորություն է ընձեռում նախարարությանը հասցեագրած դիմումների ընթացքին հետևել նաև առցանց:
