ԱԺ պատգամավոր Խոսրով Հարությունյանի կարծիքով` կառավարությունը 2017 թվականը հայտարարել է որպես տնտեսության հետագա դինամիկ աճի համար անհրաժեշտ նախադրյալներ ստեղծելու տարի:
 
«Այն մի կողմից կնպաստի ՓՄՁ–ների զարգացմանը, մյուս կողմից պայմաններ կստեղծի ներդրումային միջավայրի բարելավման համար: Այն բավականին հավակնոտ և ռիսկային ծրագիր է, և եթե կառավարությանը հաջողվի այս կարճ ժամանակահատվածում իրականացնել այն, ապա կարելի է լուրջ ձեռքբերում համարել»,–Past.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Խ. Հարությունյանը:
 
Պատգամավորն ասաց նաև, որ ինքն անուղղելի օպտիմիստ է, և իր կյանքի փորձառությունն իրեն համոզել է, որ կյանքը պետք է կազմակերպել դրական երևույթներից եկող ազդակների վրա, և թեկուզ չնչին, բայց պոզիտիվի վրա կառուցված կյանքն օգնում է առաջ շարժվել, իսկ նեգատիվը խորտակում է բոլորին միաժամանակ: Նրա կարծիքով, անշուշտ, բացասականը նույնպես կա, բայց երբ դրականը չտեսնելով միայն խոսվում է բացասականի մասին, սկսում ենք նմանվել այն ձկներին, որոնք, կեղտոտ ջրին սովորելով, մաքուր ջրում սատկում են:
 
«Այդ է պատճառը, որ ժամանակն է հասկանալու, որ կառավարության հաջողությունը բոլորիս հաջողությունն է, իսկ անհաջողությունը` բոլորիս անհաջողությունը: Եվ եթե դա այդպես է, ապա ես ինչո՞ ւ պետք է, տղայական ձևով ասած, «կայֆ» բռնեմ, որ կառավարությունը ձախողվի, եթե դրանից բոլորս էլ վատ ենք լինելու»,– ասում է Խ. Հարությունյանը:
 
Խոսելով օր օրի թեժացող քաղաքական մրցավազքում իր կողմից ղեկավարվող ՀՔԴ կուսակցության առաջիկա ծրագրերի և այս կամ այն կուսակցության հետ հնարավոր նախընտրական դաշինքներ կազմելու մասին` Խ.Հարությունյանն ասաց, որ իրենք ներկայում սերտորեն համագործակցում են Հանրապետական կուսակցության հետ և ենթադրում է, որ իրենց համագործակցությունը ապագայում նույնպես կշարունակվի.
«Եթե իհարկե՝ հանրապետականներին չենք ձանձրացրել»,– ասաց պատգամավորը:
 
Պատասխանելով հարցին, թե ապագա խորհրդարանում Խ. Հարությունյանին կրկին կտեսնե՞նք ՀՀԿ–ական ցուցակով ընտրված պատգամավորների շարքում` նա ասաց, որ դեռ վաղ է այդ մասին խոսել:
