Հայաստանի ՓՄՁ ԶԱԿ-ը կհամագործակցի Ռուսաստանի և Բելառուսի ՓՄՁ աջակցության կազմակերպությունների հետ

Հայաստանի ՓՄՁ զարգացման ազգային կենտրոնի գործադիր տնօրեն Լևոն Մնացականյանը, Բելառուսի «Ձեռներեցեության հանրապետական կոնֆեդերացիայի» բարձրագույն համակարգող խորհրդի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Կարյագինը և Ռուսաստանի նորարարական-տեխնոլոգիական կենտրոնների միության գլխավոր տնօրենի պաշտոնակատար Լյուբոմիր Տրիֆունովիչը Մինսկում ստորագրել են գործակցության համաձայնագիր: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին «Հայաստանի փոքր և միջին ձեռնարկատիրության զարգացման ազգային կենտրոն» (ՓՄՁ ԶԱԿ) հիմնադրամից:
Կողմերի նպատակն է Հայաստանի, Ռուսաստանի և Բելառուսի միջև ստեղծել ընդհանուր տեխնոլոգիական և տեղեկատվական տիրույթ, որը կապահովի ՓՄՁ ոլորտի աջակցության համակարգի արդյունավետ գործունեությունը: Կողմերը նաև պայմանավորվել են մշակել Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության դրույթներին համապատասխան գործունեության կարգավորման և համակարգման միասնական դիրքորոշում:
Հայաստանի, Բելառուսի և Դաշնության ՓՄՁ աջակցության կառույցները նաև գործակցելու են ՓՄՁ ոլորտի աջակցության մեխանիզմների կատարելագործման և զարգացման, նորարարական ձեռնարկությունների արտադրանքի միջազգայնացման հարցում:
Կողմերը պայմանավորվել են սկսել հաղորդակցության միասնական համակարգի ստեղծման խորհրդակցություններ: Այդ հարթակը պետք է նման լինի ԵՄ ՓՄՁ գործակալության գործիքներին, որոնց միջոցով կհամագործակցեն ՓՄՁ աջակցություն տրամադրող կազմակերպությունները` ներառյալ բիզնեսի միջազգայնացման և տեխնոլոգիաների փոխանակման հարցում:
Նաև ստեղծվելու է միասնական տեղեկատվական դաշտ: Այն լուսաբանելու է ՓՄՁ աջակցության կազմակերպությունների գործունեությունը, որը կբխի նորարարական ձեռնարկությունների, ՓՄՁ աջակցող կառույցների, փոքր և միջին բիզնեսի, ինչպես նաև ՏԻՄ կարիքներից:
Կողմերը նաև պայմանավորվել են համատեղ խորհրդատվություններ տրամադրել ՓՄՁ-ներին և ոլորտի աջակցող կազմակերպություններին, նպաստել Հայաստանի, Բելառուսի և Ռուսաստանի ձեռնարկատիրական և մասնագիտական միությունների միջև համագործակցությանը և գործողությունների համակարգմանը` նորարարական գիտատեխնիկական և հարակից ճյուղերում:
Համաձայնագիրը ստորագրած Հայաստանի, Բելառուսի և Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության բիզնես աջակցման կազմակերպությունները նաև համատեղ անցկացնելու են ցուցահանդեսներ, կոնֆերանսներ, մրցույթներ, քննարկումներ և նպաստելու են այդպիսի միջոցառումներին բիզնեսների մասնակցությանը, ինչը կնպաստի վերջինների ծառայությունների, արտադրության որակի բարելավմանը:
Կողմերը նաև ակտիվորեն ներգրավված են լինելու ՓՄՁ ոլորտի զարգացմանը վերաբերող օրենսդրության, կարգավորող մեխանիզմների մշակման հարցերի քննարկումներում: Համաձայնագրի կողմերը ՓՄՁ ոլորտին առնչվող քննարկումներ և հանդիպումներ են կազմակերպվելու պետական, տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինների հետ:
Ստորագրումից հետո Հայաստանի ՓՄՁ ԶԱԿ-ի տնօրենի գլխավորած պատվիրակությունը մասնակցել է Բելառուսի` «Տարվա ձեռներեց» մրցանակաբաշխության արարողությանը, որն անցկացվել է առաջին անգամ:
