ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազն ընդունել է ԵԽԽՎ համազեկուցողներին

ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազ Արթուր Դավթյանն ընդունել է ԵԽԽՎ մոնիթորինգի հանձնաժողովի Հայաստանի հարցերով համազեկուցողներ Ալան Միլին և Ջուզեպպե Գալատիին: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ դատախազության հանրային կապերի բաժնից:
ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազը, ողջունելով հյուրերին, ընդգծել է ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազության և ԵԽ տարբեր կառույցների միջև տարբեր ձևաչափերով արդեն իսկ ձևավորված համագործակցությունը` կարևորելով համազեկուցողների գործադրած ջանքերը, որոնք ուղղված են մեր երկրում բարեփոխումներ իրականացնելուն:
Դատաիրավական բարեփոխումների համատեքստում ՀՀ Գլխավոր դատախազն անդրադարձել է մշակման և բարելավման փուլում գտնվող մի շարք օրենսդրական նախաձեռնությունների, մասնավորապես, «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քրեական դատավարության և քրեական օրենսգրքերին, և «Դատախազության մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի նախագծին:
ԵԽԽՎ մոնիթորինգի հարցերով համազեկուցող Ալան Միլը, ընդգծելով ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազության առաջնային դերը ՀՀ դատաիրավական համակարգի բարեփոխումների իրականացման գործընթացում, կարևորել է նաև հանրային իրազեկվածության մակարդակի բարձրացմանն ուղղված քայլերը:
Հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկվել են դատաիրավական բարեփոխումներին, դրանցում դատախազության դերին վերաբերող հարցեր: Անդրադարձ է եղել կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարին և դրանում հասարակական կազմակերպությունների ներգրավվածությանն առնչվող, ինչպես նաև փոխադարձ հետաքրքրություն ներկայացնող մի շարք այլ հարցերի:
