Էմալապատ մաքուր տարրայի մեջ խառնել մեկական բաժակ աղացած հնդկաձավարը, մսաղացով մանրացրած հունական ընկույզը և մեղրը, այնուհետև ստացված զանգվածը տեղափոխել ապակյա տարրայի մեջ:

 Պատրաստման եղանակը.

 Հնդկաձավարը հարկավոր է շատ լավ աղալ սրճաղացով, մինչև դառնա համասեռ ալրանման զանգված: Ոչ մի դեպքում չի կարելի այն փոխարինել հնդկաձավարի ալյուրով, քանի որ վերջինս չի պարունակում այն օգտակար նյութերը, որոնք կան հնդկաձավարի թաղանթում: Ընկույզները մանրացնել մսաղացով, այնուհետև ավելացնել մեղրն ու բոլոր բաղադրիչները լավ խառնել: Ստացված խառնուրդը պահել սառնարանում:

 Օգտագործման եղանակները.

 Պատրաստի խառնուրդը հարկավոր է ընդունել օրական երեք ագամ՝ ուտելուց առաջ մեկական ճաշի գդալ: Բուժման կուրսը տևում է մեկ ամիս:

 Ցանկության դեպքում այս խառնուրդին կարելի է ավելացնել նաև աղացած ծիրանաչիր կամ չամիչ, եթե կան խնդիրներ՝ կապված սրտամկանի առողջության հետ:

 Կարելի է նաև շաբաթվա ընթացքում մեկ օր ուտել միայն այս խառնուրդը՝ առանց որևէ այլ սնունդ ընդունելու (բացի ջրից): Այս կերպ հարկավոր է սնվել վեց անգամ, այսինքն՝ վեց շաբաթ: Կուրսն ավարտելուց հետո հարկավոր է անել մեկամսյա դադար, այնուհետև կրկնել կուրսը:

 Այս բաղադրատոմսը չունի ոչ մի հակացուցում, բացի մեղրի հանդեպ անհարդուրժողականությունից կամ ալերգիայից:

 Սա շատ արդյունավետ միջոց է: Առաջին իսկ կուրսից հետո խպիպը զգալիորեն կփոքրանա, իսկ երկրորդ կուրսն ամբողջությամբ կազատի այդ հիվանդությունից:

 Վստահության համար կարելի է բուժման ընթացքը վերահսկել ուլտրաձայնային հետազոտության միջոցով:
