Ապրիլյան պատերազմից հետո Թալիշ գյուղից հեռացած մարդիկ աստիճանաբար վերադառնում են հարազատ օջախներ, վերականգնում տնտեսությունները: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ այս մասին իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրառում է կատարել «Տեղեկատվության և վերլուծության կենտրոն» ՊՈԱԿ տնօրեն Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը:
«Ճիշտ է՝ հետ վերադարձածների թիվը մինչև ապրիլյան փուլը եղած ժամանակահատվածի համեմատ էապես փոքր է, սակայն կարևոր է, որ գործընթացը տեղից շարժվել է, ինչը ակնհայտ նաև քաղաքական նշանակություն ունի»,-գրել է Աբրահամյանը, հավելելով, որ Թալիշը լավ ավանդույթներ ունեցող համայնք է, Ղարաբաղի երբեմնի ամենահարուստ գյուղերից մեկը, մարդիկ կպած են իրենց հողին ու ջրին և նույնիսկ ապրիլյան պատերազմն ու ներկայումս առկա ռազմաքաղաքական իրադրությունը չեն խանգարում թալիշցիներին՝ վերադառնալու իրենց գյուղը:
«Պետք է օգնենք ու մինչև վերջ աջակցենք այդ մարդկանց, այլ տարբերակ չունենք էլ»,-գրել է նա:
