12-ամյա Մարտինին ծեծի ենթարկած Մխիթարը հաշտվել է տուժածների հետ, նրանք բողոքը հետ կվերցնեն

Որդու ընկերոջը`12-ամյա Մարտին Բալյանին ծեծի ենթարկած 36-ամյա Մխիթար Սարգսյանը հաշտվել է Բալյանների ընտանիքի հետ, վերջինները բողոքը ոստիկանությունից հետ կվերցնեն մինչեւ սեպտեմբերի 16-ը։ Այս մասին NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործով մեղադրյալ Մխիթար Սարգսյանը՝ ավելացնելով, որ զղջում է իր արարքի համար։

«Հաշտվել ենք, ամեն ինչ նորմալ է, երեխան արդեն դպրոց է գնում, մինչեւ 15-16-ը բողոքը հետ կվերցեն, հիմա գործի նախաքննությունն է, նույնիսկ եթե շուտ բողոքը հետ վերցնեին, նախաքննությունը պետք է շարունակվեր»,-ասաց Մխիթար Սարգսյանը։

Նշենք, որ Մխիթար Սարգսյանը ներողություն է խնդրել ծեծի ենթարկված Մարտին Բալյանի հարազատներից։ Մինչեւ վերջերս նրանք անդրդվելի էին, ասում էին, որ իրենք բողոք չեն ներկայացրել ոստիկանություն, բայց եթե քրեական գործ է հարուցվել, թող Մխիթարը գնա եւ իր «դատ ու դատաստանը» տեսնի։

NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում Մխիթար Սարգսյանի կինը՝ Սաթենիկ Հովսեփյանը, նշել էր, որ դեպքից հետո ամուսինը կորցրել է աշխատանքը, Մխիթարը դեռ աշխատանք չի գտել, բայց փնտրում է։

Հիշեցնենք, որ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երեւան քաղաքի վարչության Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 118-րդ հոդվածով Արարատյան փողոցի թիվ 90 շենքի բակում 12-ամյա երեխայի ծեծի ենթարկելու դեպքի առթիվ:

12-ամյա երեխայի նկատմամբ նշանակվել է դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություն:
