ԼՂՀ փոխվարչապետն ու հոգևոր առաջնորդը Կալիֆորնիայում խոսել են Արցախի հիմնախնդիրների մասին

 Արցախի Հանրապետության փոխվարչապետ Արթուր Աղաբեկյանը և Հայ Առաքելական Եկեղեցու Արցախի թեմի առաջնորդ Պարգև արքեպիսկոպոս Մարտիրոսյանը, «Հեռուստամարաթոն 2016»-ին ընդառաջ, Ամերիկայի Միացյալ Նահանգներում շարունակում են հանդիպումները տեղի հայկական կազմակերպությունների պատասխանատուների հետ:

Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, «Արցախպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ փոխվարչապետ Աղաբեկյանը և Պարգև Սրբազանը նոյեմբերի 23-ին այցելել են Լոս Անջելեսում գործող «Ռոզ և Ալեք Փիլիպոս» ամենօրյա հայկական վարժարան, որտեղ հանդիպել են ուսուցչական կազմի և վարժարանի բարձր դասարանների սաների հետ:

Նրանք ներկայացրել են Արցախի անվտանգության խնդիրների, կրթական, հոգևոր և տնտեսական առկա վիճակի մասին: Ե´վ Պարգև Սրբազանը, և´ փոխվարչապետ Արթուր Աղաբեկյանը իրենց ելույթներում հատկապես ընդգծել են համահայկական ներուժի լիարժեք օգտագործման կարևորությունը, ինչպես Արցախի, այնպես էլ համազգային խնդիրների լուծման գործում: Հանդիպման վերջում նրանք պատասխանել են նաև ներկաներին հուզող հարցերին:

Այնուհետև արցախյան պատվիրակությունը հանդիպել է ՀՅԴ Արևմտյան Ամերիկայի Կենտրոնական կոմիտեի ներկայացուցիչների հետ: Հանրապետության փոխվարչապետն ու հոգևոր առաջնորդը համապարփակ ձևով ներկայացրել են ապրիլյան ռազմագործողություններից հետո Արցախում ստեղծված ընդհանուր իրավիճակը, մասնավորապես՝ ամերիկահայերի խնդրանքով անդրադարձել են անվտանգության հարցերին և սահմանամերձ գոտիներում առավել տուժած բնակավայրերի վերականգնման հնարավորություններին:

Ա. Աղաբեկյանը իր խոսքում կարևորել է «Հայաստան» համահայկական հիմնադրամի դերը Արցախի սոցիալ-տնտեսական խնդիրների լուծման գործում և կոչ է արել ՀՅԴ կառույցին այս տարի ևս իրենց ակտիվ մասնակցությունը ունենալ «Հեռուստամարաթոն»-ի աշխատանքներին: Դաշնակցության տեղի մարմնի պատասխանատուները հայտնել են Արցախին վերաբերող ծրագրերում ակտիվ մասնակցության իրենց պատրաստակամությունը: Զրուցակիցները մտքեր են փոխանակել նաև Արցախում իրականացվող քաղաքական գործընթացների և Միացյալ Նահանգների հետ համագործակցության ամրապնդմանն ուղղված հարցերի շուրջ:

Արցախյան պատվիրակությանը աշխատանքային բոլոր հանդիպումներին ուղեկցում է ԱՄՆ-ում ԼՂՀ մշտական ներկայացուցիչ Ռոբերտ Ավետիսյանը:
