Քաղաքացիական ակտների հարկադիր կատարման Սևանի տարածքային բաժնի պետի և ևս 4 անձանց վերաբերյալ գործն ուղարկվել է Գեղարքունիքի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարան: Past.am-ն այս մասին տեղեկացավ «Դատալեքս» դատական-տեղեկատվական համակարգից:

Նշենք, որ գործը վերաբերում է ՀՀ սահմանը հատելու նպատակով կեղծ ամուսնության վկայական ձեռք բերելուն:

Գործի շրջանակում Մանուշ Կիրակոսյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 311-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին և 2-րդ մասերով, 311-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 3-րդ կետով և 314-րդ հոդվածով՝ այն բանի համար, որ զբաղեցնելով ՀՀ ԱՆ ՔԿԱԳ Սևանի ՏԲ պետի պաշտոնը, հանդիսանալով պաշտոնատար անձ, իր լիազորությունների շրջանակում կատարված գործողությունների համար ստացել է կաշառք և կեղծել է փաստաթղթեր։ Նշենք, որ վերջինիս նկատմամբ խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել կալանավորումը:

Անահիտ Մկրտչյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 313-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով, այն բանի համար, որ զբաղեցնելով ՔԿԱԳ Հրազդանի ՏԲ 1-ին կարգի մասնագետի պաշտոնը, 2013թ. հունիսին երկու դեպքով նպաստել է ՔԿԱԳ Ս&անի ՏԲ պետի և քաղաքացիներ Ա. Մնացականյանի, Մ. Հակոբյանի և Թ. Սահակյանի միջև կաշառքի շուրջ համաձայնության գալուն։

Թեհմինե Սահակյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել 312-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով և 326-րդ հոդվածով, այն բանի համար, որ 2013թ. հունիսին եղբող ՌԴ մուտք գործելու արգելքը հաղթահարելու համար ձևական ամուսնության վկայական ձեռք բերելու և դրա հիմքով ազգանունը փոխելու նպատակով ՀՀ ԱՆ ՔԿԱԳ Սևանի ՏԲ Մ. Կիրակոսյանին կաշառք տալու միջոցով ստացել է թ. ԱԲ 066700 ամուսնության վկայականը։

Մհեր Հակոբյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել312 և 38-329-րդ հոդվածների 1-ին մասերով՝ այն բանի համար, որ 2013թ. հունիսին քրոջ ամուսնու ՌԴ մուտք գործելու արգելքը հաղթահարելու համար ձևական ամուսնության վկայական ձեռք բերելու և դրա հիմքով ազգանունը փոխելու նպատակով ՀՀ ԱՆ ՔԿԱԳ Սևանի ՏԲ Մ. Կիրակոսյանին կաշառք տալու միջոցով ստացել է կեղծ փաստաթղթեր, որի հիման վրա Ա. Մնացակայանը 5 անգամ հատել է ՀՀ սահմանը։

Նունե Մուրադյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել312-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին և 2 մասով, 325 և 329-րդ հոդվածների 1-ին մասերով ՝այն բանի համար, որ 2011թ. կեսերին խնդիրներ ունենալով ՌԴ մուտք գործելու կապակցությամբ, ձևական ամուսնության վկայական ձեռք բերելու և դրա հիմքով ազգանունը փոխելու նպատակով դիմել ՀՀ ԱՆ ՔԿԱԳ Սևանի ՏԲ պետ Մ. Կիրակոսյանին և վերջինիս կաշառք տալու միջոցով ակնհայտ կեղծ հիմքերով ստացած անձնագրով 30 անգամ հատել է ՀՀ սահմանը։
