«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի տեղեկություններով՝ ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանի կադրերը մեկը մյուսի հետևից լքում են իրենց պաշտոնները:
Մասնավորապես մեր հավաստի աղբյուրները հայտնում են, որ ռազմական ոստիկանության պետի տեղակալ Արմեն Հարությունյանը, որը Օհանյանի հետ բարեկամական կապեր ունի, ազատվել է աշխատանքից: Իսկ Սեյրան Օհանյանի անվտանգության պետի պաշտոնը զբաղեցրած Սերգեյ Հայրապետովը այլ աշխատանքի է տեղափոխվել: Սակայն Վիգեն Սարգսյանի նշանակումից հետո նրան հասկացրել են, որ շուտով «կզորացրվի»:
Չի բացառվում, որ այս զարգացումները կապված լինեն ՊՆ-ում տարեսկզբին իրականացված կոռուպցիոն բացահայտումների հետ:
Հիշեցնենք, որ նշված երկուսը ռազմական ոստիկանության շենքում ծեծի էին ենթարկել ՊՆ աշխատակցին` ստիպելով իրենց համար ցանկալի ցուցմունքներ տալ: «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը փորձեց մանրամասներ պարզել ՊՆ-ից: Մեր հարցին ի պատասխան՝ նախարարի մամուլի խոսնակ Արծրուն Հովհաննիսյանը նշեց. «Այդ օղակի պաշտոնական նշանակումներն ու ազատումները մենք պաշտոնապես չենք մեկնաբանում»:
