«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Չնայած Հայաստանի տնտեսական ակտիվության աճի տեմպը նվազել է՝ հասնելով այս տարվա մեջ ամենացածր՝ 0,4% ցուցանիշին, արտահանման ծավալների երկնիշ աճը շարունակվում է: 
Մի կողմից, աճի բարձր տեմպը արձանագրվում է անցյալ տարի արտահանման ծավալների 4% անկման ֆոնին, բայց մյուս կողմից, ակնհայտ է, որ վերջին տարիներին ձեռնարկած քայլերն արտահանելի հատվածի պայմանների բարելավման ուղղությամբ արդյունք են ապահովում: 
Այսպիսով, արտաքին առևտրաշրջանառությունը 2016–ի հունվար–հոկտեմբերին 2015–ի հունվար–հոկտեմբերի նկատմամբ աճել է 6,1%–ով և կազմել 4 մլրդ 67 մլն դոլար։ Արտահանումը կազմել է 1 մլրդ 453 մլն դոլար՝ աճելով 19,8%–ով ներմուծումը կազմել է 2 մլրդ 613 մլն դոլար՝ նվազելով 0,3%–ով։ 
Արտաքին առևտրի բացասական հաշվեկշիռը կազմել է 1 մլրդ 160 մլն դոլար: Վերլուծելով այս ցուցանիշները, կարելի է տեսնել, որ տարեսկզբից ի վեր արձանագրվող արտահանման բարձր տեմպը նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատ ոչ միայն չի նվազում, այլև ավելանում է, մոտենալով 20%–ի: 
Ըստ ստացված տվյալների՝ միջին ամսական արտահանման ծավալը մոտ 150 մլն դոլար է: Արդյունքում, այս տարվա 10 ամիսներին արտահանվածը (1 մլրդ 453 մլն դոլար) գրեթե այնքան է, ինչքան անցած ամբողջ տարվա ցուցանիշը (1 մլրդ 485 մլն դոլար): Չնայած տարվա վերջին, տնտեսական ակտիվությունը, այդ թվում՝ արտաքին առևտրի ծավալները՝ աճում են, այնուամենայնիվ, եթե հիմք ընդունենք ամսական մոտ 150 մլն դոլար արտահանման ցուցանիշը, կարելի է ենթադրել, որ այս արտահանման տարեկան ծավալը կկազմի առնվազն 1,7–1,8 մլրդ դոլար: 
Սա Հայաստանի Հանրապետության գոյության ընթացքում արտահանման ամենաբարձր ցուցանիշը կլինի, ինչը նաև արտաքին առևտրի բացասական տարբերությունը զգալիորեն և դարձյալ աննախադեպ կմեղմի: Մնում է միայն ջանքեր գործադրել, որպեսզի արտահանման ծավալների աճի այս տեմպը որքան հնարավոր է երկար շարունակվի՝ բերելով տնտեսության կառուցվածքային փոփոխության հօգուտ իրական հատվածի և տնտեսական ավելի որակյալ աճի:
