Երեկ՝ նոյեմբերի 24-ին, խոշոր ավտովթար է տեղի ունեցել Երևանում։ Ժամը 22։30-ի սահմաններում Թբիլիսյան խճուղու և Թբիլիսյան նրբանցքի խաչմերուկում բախվել են Կոտայքի մարզի Բյուրեղավան քաղաքի բնակիչ, 27-ամյա Գագիկ Շատվերյանի վարած BMW մակնիշի 35 ԼT 211 համարանիշի և Կոտայքի մարզի Արամուս գյուղի բնակիչ, 21-ամյա Արշակ Մանուկյանի վարած Dodge մակնիշի 10 ԼՏ 946 համարանիշի ավտոմեքենաները։
Ինչպես դեպքի վայրից հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, վթարի հետևանքով Գ. Շատվերյանը, նրա ուղևոր՝ Բալահովիտ գյուղի բնակիչ, 21-ամյա Ալբերտ Մելքոնյանը և Dodge-ի վարորդ Ս. Մանուկյանն ու վերջինիս ուղևոր Սեյրան Աղամալյանը, ում ծննդյան թիվն ու բնակության վայրը ճշտվում է, մարմնական վնասվածքներով տեղափոխվել են, 2-ը՝ «Սուրբ Գրիգոր Լուսավորիչ» բժշկական կենտրոն, 2-ը՝ Հերացու անվան թիվ 1 համալսարանական հիվանդանոց։
Դեպքի վայր են ժամանել Արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության Փրկարար ծառայության հրշեջ-փրկարարները, ովքեր հոսանքազրկել են ավտոմեքենաները, փակել BMW-ի գազաբալոնը։
Ժամանել են նաև Ճանապարհային ոստիկանության 1-ին սպայական գումարտակի ծառայողները։ Մինչ կժամանեին Երևանի 1-03 շտապ օգնության հերթապահ խումբը, վիրավորներին առաջինը օգնության են հասել վթարի հարևանությամբ գործող «Տիտան» բենզալցակայանի աշխատակիցները։ Վթարի մասին ՃՈ օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոնի պատասխանատու հերթապահ Միքայել Աղաբեկյանը տեղեկությունը փոխանցել է ՃՈ Ճանապարհատրանսպորտային պատահարների գործերով հետաքննության և վարչական վարույթի իրականացման բաժին, որտեղի դեպքի վայր է ժամանում հետաքննիչը, ում կողմից փաստի առթիվ նյութեր են նախապատրաստվում։
Ֆոտոլրագրողը հայտնում է, որ բախման հետևանքով Dodge-ը կողաշրջվել և վնասել է խաչմերուկը կարգավորող լուսակիրը (светофор)։
