Պաշտոնապես հաստատվեց` գազի գինը հունվարից կնվազի. ՀԾԿՀ-ն ներկայացրեց սպառողներին վաճառվող գազի նոր սակագները

Հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորող հանձնաժողովն այսօրվա նիստում միաձայն որոշեց «Գազպրոմ Արմենիա» ՓԲԸ կողմից սպառողներին վաճառվող բնական գազի նոր սակագները:
Ըստ այդմ՝ «Գազպրոմ Արմենիա» ՓԲԸ կողմից ՀՀ կառավարության որոշման համաձայն՝ տարեկան սոցիալապես անապահով ընտանիքների սպառողներին վաճառվող մինչև 600 խորանարդ մետր բնական գազի համար որոշվեց սահմանել 100 հազար դրամ վճար՝ ներառյալ ավելացված արժեքի հարկը:
600 խորանարդ մետրը գերազանցող բնական գազի համար տարեկան 139 հազար դրամ: Նախկինում այն 146 հազար 700 դրամ էր կազմում:
10 հազար խ/մ-ից ավելի գազ սպառողները 1000 խ/մ-ի համար վճարելու են սահմանված բանաձևով, մոտավորապես 114 հազար՝ գործող 122-ի փոխարեն:
Գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտում գործունեություն իրականացնող տնտեսություններն էլ կրկին սահմանված բանաձևով կգործեն, որը կկազմի 1000 խ/մ-ի համար մոտավորապես 100 հազար դրամ՝ գործող 120-ի փոխարեն:
ՀԾԿՀ-ն, ըստ այդմ, ուժը կորցրած ճանաչեց «Գազպրոմ Արմենիա» փակ բաժնետիրական ընկերության կողմից սպառողներին վաճառվող բնական գազի սակագները սահմանելու և Հայաստանի Հանրապետության հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորող հանձնաժողովի 2016 թվականի մայիսի 31-ի №139Ն որոշումը:
Սահմանված սակագները ուժի մեջ կմտնեն 2017-ի հունվարի 1-ից:
Հանձնաժողովից մինչ հաստատումը հայտնեցին, որ կան չորս գործոններ, որոնք 13.4 միլիարդ կազմող տարբերությամբ փոխհատուցվելու են:
Հանձնաժողովը «Գազպրոմ Արմենիա» ընկերությունից սակագնի վերանայման հայտ ստացել էր նոյեմբերի 1-ին:
Ներկաներից հարցրեցին, որ նշվեց չորս գործոն՝ սակագների նվազեցմանն ուղղված, և եթե այդ գործոններից երեքը չակնկալվեն, ապա Գազպրոմ Արմենիայի բաժնետերը համապատասխան ֆինանսական ներդրումներ կներառի դա փոխհատուցելու համար, արդյոք սա նշանակո՞ւմ է, որ սակագները կրկին կբարձրացնեն: Ի պատասխան՝ հայտարարվեց, որ ռիսկի գործոնն ընկերությունը վերցրել է իր վրա:
Գազպրոմ Արմենիայի տնօրենից նաև հետաքրքրվեցինք, թե վրացական ընկերության հետ տարածքով գազի բանակցություններն ինչ փուլում են: Նորանշանակ տնօրեն Հրանտ Թադևոսյանը նշեց, որ երկար ժամանակ է, ինչ ընթացքում են բանակցությունները, նոր չեն սկսվել: «Գործող պայմանագիրը լրանում է հունվարի մեկին, բայց միջազգային գներից այն բարձր է, ինչ-ինչ գործոններով վրացական կողմն ունեցել է այդ տարիֆները»,- ասաց տնօրենը և նշեց, որ հիմա նաև հայկական կողմից են ներդրումներ նախատեսվում, որ միջազգային գներին հավասարեցվի:
«Վերջնական արդյունքների դեռ չենք հասել»,- ասաց նա:
