2 Թասի մեջ լցնել կաթնաշոռը, սպիտակաձավարը, ալյուրը և այդտեղ ավելացնել ձուն ու շաքարավազը
3 Կտրատել դեղձը և թողնել այն ափսեի մեջ, որպեսզի հյութը դուրս տա
4 Ստացված զանգվածից պատրաստել գնդիկներ: Յուրաքանչյուր գնդիկի մեջտեղում դնել մի կտոր դեղձ
5 Եփել գնդիկները եռման ջրում հինգ րոպե: Պատրաստի գնդիկները կբարձրանան ջրի երես
