Սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների նախագիծը վաղն արդեն Ազգային ժողովում կդրվի քննարկման: Past.am-ի տեղեկացմամբ՝ այդ մասին այսօր լրագրողներին հայտնեց ԱԺ ՀՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Լևոն Մարտիրոսյանը:
Անդրադառնալով նախագծին՝ Լևոն Մարտիրոսյանն ասաց, որ խորհրդարանական համակարգը դրական ազդեցություն է ունենալու, քանի որ բարձրանալու է կուսակցությունների դերը: Պատգամավորը հերքում է այն տեսակետները, որ սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների նպատակը իշխանության վերարտադրությունն է: «Իշխանության վերարտադրության ցանկություն միշտ էլ կա, բայց սխալ է ասել, որ դա բարեփոխումներով է պայմանավորված: Նորմալ է, որ իշխանությունն ուզում է վերարտադրվել: Դրանում ոչ մի կրիմինալ բան չկա»,- նշեց պատգամավորը և հավելեց, որ ցանկացած քաղաքական գործիչ ցանկանում է երկար մնալ իշխանության մեջ:Մարտիրոսյանն օրինակ բերեց եվրոպական որոշ պետություններ՝ Ֆրանսիան, Գերմանիան, որտեղ վարչապետը կարող է 15 պաշտոնավարել:
Մեկնաբանելով սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների դեմ պայքարող «Ո´չ»-ի ճակատի հայտարարությունները՝ բանախոսն ասաց. «Ակնհայտ է, որ իրենց որևէ բան չի հաջողվի, քանի որ օրակարգ չունեն: Անհասկանալի է, թե ինչին են դեմ և ինչն են ուզում տապալել»: Լևոն Մարտիրոսյանը նաև ընդգծեց, որ այս նախագծով դատական համակարգում բազմաթիվ դրական փոփոխություններ կլինեն: Ըստ նրա՝ անկախության տարիներին Հայաստանում չի հաջողվել ապահովել դատական իշխանության ու արդարադատության համակարգի արդյունավետությունը։ «Գործող Սահմանադրությունը նախատեսում է դատական իշխանության անկախությունը, բայց իրականությունն այլ է։ Հույս ունեմ, որ սահմանադրության փոփոխությամբ կհաջողվի ձևավորել անկախ ու արդյունավետ դատական իշխանություն»,- խոսքը եզրափակեց Լևոն Մարտիրոսյանը:
