Այս տունը պատկանում է Այրա Ռեններտին, ում պատկանում է Renco ընկերությունը: Տունը գտնվում է 25 հա հողատարածքի վրա: Տունն ունի 29 ննջարան, 39 լոգարան:
9. Beverly House. Բևեռլի-Հիլզ, Կալիֆոռնիա, ԱՄՆ-135 մլն դոլար
Առանձնատանը կա 29 ննջարան, սենյակ բիլյարդ խաղալու համար, մեծ գրադարան: Կա լողավազան, կինոթատրոն, գիշերային ակումբ:
8. Ellison Estate. Վուդսայդ, Կալիֆոռնիա, ԱՄՆ — 200 մլն դոլար
Այն պատկանում է Oracle ընկերության հիմնադիր Լարրի Էլիսոնին: Առանձնատունը կառուցված է մոտ 9 հա հողատարածքի վրա:
7. Villa Leapolda. Լազուրե ափ, Ֆրանսիա— 457 մլն դոլար
1902թ. այդ առանձնատունը կառուցվել է Բելգիայի արքա Լոեպոլդ 2-րդ համար:
Առանձնատան շուրջը աճում է ավելի քան 1000 ծառ: Աշխատում է 50 այգեպան: Տունը պատկանում է Լիբանանից բանկիր Ուիլյամ Սաֆրայի այրուն՝ Լիլի Սաֆրային:
6. Fleur de Lys. Բևեռլի-Հիլզ, Կալիֆոռնիա - 760 մլն դոլար
Տունը պատկանում է Մայքլ Միլկենին: Առանձնատան յուրահատկություններից է մեծ պարասրահը, գինու մառանն ու երկհարկանի գրադարանը:
5. Hala Ranch. Ասփեն, Կոլորադո, ԱՄՆ — 821 մլն դոլար
Երբ 2006թ. այն գնեց միլիարդատեր Ջոն Փոլսոնը, նա ներդրեց 135 մլն դոլար տան վրա:

Մինչև վերջերս տունը պատկանում էր Դոնալդ Թրամփին: Սակայն 2008-ին 95 մլն դոլարով այն ձեռք բերեց ռուս գործարար Միտրի Ռիբոլովլյովը:

2. Upper Phillimore Gardens. Քենսինգթոն, Մեծ Բրիտանիա, Լոնդոն — 980 մլն դոլար
Տունը պատկանում է Ուկրաինայի երկրորդ նախագահ Լեոնիդ Կուչմայի դստերը՝ Ելենք Պինչուկին:
1. Antillia. Մումբայ, Հնդկաստան — 1 մլրդ դոլար
Այս կառույցը պատկանում է հնդիկ մագնատ Մուկեշ Ամբանիին: Շինությունն ունի 27 հարկ: Դրանում կա 168 ավտոմեքենայի կայանատեղի, պարասրահ, ննջարան, լոգարաններ, 4-հարկանի այգի, մարզասրահ:
