Իշխանությունների անտարբերությունը՝ երիտասարդների մահացու «խաղի» պատճառ . «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Երեկ համացանցային լրատվամիջոցներում ակտիվ քննարկվում էր դեղատներում ազատորեն վաճառվող հոգեմետ դեղերի թեման: Մեր տեղեկություններով թեմայի շուրջ քննարկումներ են ընթացել նաև «Միասնություն» համազգային շարժման խորհրդում, որտեղ որոշում է կայացվել նաև հանրային և այլ հարթակներում պայքար մղել այդ երևույթի դեմ:
«Փաստը» «Միասնություն» համազգային շարժման համակարգող խորհրդի նախագահ Արման Վարդանյանից փորձեց պարզել, թե իրենք ինչ քայլեր են նախատեսում:
– Պարոն Վարդանյան, մամուլում հրապարակումներ եղան, որ Հայաստանի դեղատներում ազատ վաճառվում են դեղեր, որոնք հոգեմետ ազդեցություն ունեն, իսկ օգտագործողները շատ արագ կախվածության մեջ են ընկնում, ինչպես թմրանյութերից: Մասնավորապես խոսքը «Լիրիկա» դեղամիջոցի մասին էր, որ կարծես, չարիքի նման կախված է շատ հայ ընտանիքների գլխին:
– Ես ամբողջովին կիսում եմ բարձրացված մտահոգությունը: Ասեմ ավելին, մեզ հասած տեղեկություններով նմանատիպ դեղամիջոցներ շրջանառվում են ակումբներում և զվարճանքի այլ վայրերում: Երիտասարդներից շատերը, չգիտակցելով հետևանքները` ընկնում են ազդեցության տակ ու կործանում իրենց կյանքը: Մեզ համար դա անթույլատրելի է: Երիտասարդության առողջությունը մեր երկրի համար ունի ազգային անվտանգության նշանակություն: Ամեն կերպ պետք է պայքարել այդ արատավոր երևույթի դեմն առնելու համար:
– Ի՞նչ քայլեր եք պատրաստվում ձեռնարկել:
– Այդ հարցը ամենայն լրջությամբ քննարկվել է «Միասնություն» համազգային շարժման խորհրդում: Իշխանությունները զբաղված են իրենց նեղ անձնական հարցերով, այնինչ երիտասարդությունը կոնկրետ մահվան դեմ է կռիվ տալիս՝ առանց հասկանալու, թե վաղն ինչ է սպասվելու իրեն: Մենք որոշել ենք շատ խիստ պայքար մղել հանրապետությունում այդ չարիքի տարածման դեմ: Առաջին` պետք է խստացնել վերահսկողությունը: Նմանատիպ դեղերը պետք է դեղատներում վաճառվեն բացառապես բժշկի թույլտվությամբ: Երկրորդ` համապատասխան մարմիններից պահանջելու ենք ուժեղացնել հսկողությունը զվարճանքի վայրերի նկատմամբ, որպեսզի մեզանում օր առաջ արմատախիլ արվի նման մահաբեր թույների տարածումը: Եթե հետևողական պայքար չմղենք, ապա ընդամենը մի քանի տարի հետո կունենանք անդառնալի հետևանքներ:
