ՀՀԿ ծրագրային փոփոխություններն ուղղված են կուսակցության պլատֆորմի և բովանդակության ուժեղացմանը

Հանրապետական կուսակցության ծրագրում փոփոխություններ և լրացումներ կատարելու նախագիծն ուղղված է կուսակցության պլատֆորմի և բովանդակության ուժեղացմանը, այն դարձնելով առավել գաղափարական: Այդ մասին ՀՀԿ 16-րդ համագումարում հայտարարեց ՀՀԿ փոխնախագահ Արմեն Աշոտյանը` հիշեցնելով, որ ՀՀԿ գործող ծրագիրն ընդունվել է 2006-ի համագումարին և անցած 10 տարիների ընթացքում ՀՀԿ-ն իրեն դրսևորել է որպես ազգային-պահպանողական քա ղաքական ուժ` հիմք ընդունելով ազգային գաղափարախոսության Գարեգին Նժդեհի ուսմունքը:

«Ծրագրային առաջարկվող փոփոխություններն ու լրացումները պայմանավորված են հետևյալ հանգամանքներով. առաջին` ՀՀ նոր սահմանադրությամբ ամրագրվում է խորհրդարանական կառավարման համակարգում քաղաքական հիմնական դերակատարների` քաղաքական կուսակցությունների դերը, որոնց ներկայանալիության կարևոր հանգամանք է կուսակցության ծրագիրը, գործունեության գաղափարական հիմքը: Ծրագրային փոփոխություններով մենք ուժեղացնում ենք կուսակցության պլատֆորմը և բովանդակությունը, այն դարձնելով առավել գաղափարական:

Երկրորդ` կարիք կա առավել մանրամասնելու, հիմնավորելու, բացատրելու ազգային պահպանողականության հիմնական սկզբունքները և աշխարհայացքը, որպեսզի թե մեր շարքային անդամների, թե քաղաքացիների համար առավել հասկանալի լինեն մեր պատկերացումները դավանած արժեքների ու սկզբունքների մասին»,- Արմենպրեսի փոխանցմամբ, ասաց Աշոտյանը:

Նրա խոսքով` կուսակցության ծրագիրն իր մեջ պարունակելու է նաև ոլորտային քաղաքականության դրույթներ և մոտեցումներ, որոնք վերջին 10 տարիների ընթացքում նոր ձևակերպումների և մտքերի առարկա են դարձել, ուստի գործող ծրագրում նաև անհրաժեշտություն է առաջացել այդ նոր գաղափարներն ամրագրել ոլորտային քաղաքականությունների մեջ:

«4-րդ` ՀՀԿ-ն 2015-ի սահմանադրական բարեփոխումներ նախաձեռնած հիմնական քաղաքական ուժն է, որոնց հիմքում դրված է եղել նաև մարդու, իր հիմնարար իրավունքների և ազատությունների պահպանման ինստիտուտի երաշխավորման ու ամրապնդման խնդիրը: Միաժամանակ, ՀՀԿ գործող ծրագրում այս խնդիրների ընդարձակման կարիք կար: 5-րդ` 2012 թվականից ՀՀԿ-ն անդամակցում է Եվրոպական ժողովրդական կուսակցությանը, որի հետ աշխատանքները մեզ թույլ է տվել ծանոթանալ Եվրոպական քրիստոնեադեմոկրատական ուսմունքի, պահպանողականության, ազգային պահպանողականության նոր մոտեցումներին: Հաշ վի առնելով մեր փոխգործակցության հարուստ փորձը, քաղաքական մշակույթը և զարգացումները`ներկայացված ծրագրում ներառված են նաև մոտեցումներ, որոնք մեզ դարձնում են առավել համադրելի և համահունչ եվրոպական այս խոշորագույն ընտանիքի հետ»,- ասաց Աշոտյանը` և հավելեց. «Ներկայացված փոփոխություններն ավելի հստակ են պատասխանելու այն հարցերին, թե ով ենք մենք, ինչպիսի արժեքներ ենք դավանում, ինչպիսի պատկերացում ունենք մարդու, հասարակության և պետության փոխհարաբերությունների մասին և ինչպիսի Հայաստան ենք երազում մեր քաղաքացիների համար»:
