Ադրբեջանի բյուջեի եկամուտները կշարունակեն նվազել նաեւ առաջիկա 4 տարիների ընթացքում

 Ադրբեջանի պետական բյուջեի եկամուտները  2018-2020 թվականներին համապատասխանաբար կնվազեն 15 596,7, 15,252,8, եւ 14 737,9 մլն մանաթով:

Այս մասին հայտնում է ադրբեջանական azadliq.infoլրատվական գործակալությունը:

Ադրբեջանի կառավարության հաշվումների պալատի հաղորդմամբ` Ադրբեջանի 2018, 2019, 2020  թվականներիի պետական բյուջեների նվազումները համապատասխանաբար կկազմեն Ադրբեջանի ՀՆԱ-ի 24,6, 22,5, 20,9 տոկոսը:

Մասնագիտական շրջանակների կանխատեսումների համաձայն` Ադրբեջանի 2017 թվականի բյուջեի մուտքերը կկազմեն 15 955 մլն մանաթ, ինչը 2015 թվականի համեմատ 8,8 տոկոսով, իսկ 2016 թվականի համեմատ 5,2 տոկոսով պակաս է:

Ադրբեջանի 2017 թվականի բյուջեի մուտքերը կկազմեն երկրի ՀՆԱ-ի 26 տոկոսը:

Հաջորդ տարվա բյուջեի ծախսերը կկազմեն 16 600 մլն մանաթ, ինչը 2015 թվականի համեմատ 6,7 տոկոսով , 2016 թվականի համեմատ 10,2, իսկ 2017 թվականի համար նախատեսված ցուցանիշից 2,4 տոկոսով պակաս կլինի:

Ադրբեջանի 2017 թվականի պետական բյուջեի մուտքերն ապահովելու համար կտրուկ կբարձրանան ոչ միայն մաքսավճարները, այլ նաեւ ավելացված արժեքի հարկը:

2017 թվականին, ընդհանուր առմամբ, ներմուծվող ապրանքների մաքսավճարներից եւ ավելացված արժեքի հարկից գոյացած գումարները կկազմեն ոչ նավթային հատվածից եկող դրամական մուտքերի 27,2, ընդհանուր բյուջեի 13,8, իսկ երկրի ՀՆԱ-ի 3,5 տոկոսը:

Ադրբեջանի պետական բյուջեում 2016 թվականի հունվար-օգոստոս ամիսներին ծախսերի եւ մուտքերի միջեւ ճեղքվածքը կազմել է 1 մլրդ 67 մլն մանաթ,ինչը կազմում է այդ երկրի ՀՆԱ-ի 2.8 տոկոսը:

Ադրբեջանի կառավարությունը ելքեր է փնտրում սկսված տնտեսական ճգնաժամի արդյունքում ծանր վիճակում հայտնված երկրի բյուջեն փրկելու համար:
