Engadget-ը ներկայացրել է 6 ամենահետաքրքիր արեւային էներգետիկայի տեխնոլոգիաների ցուցակը:
Սֆերիկ արեւային Spheral մարտկոցներ
Դիսկո-գունդ հիշեցնող այս սարքն, իրականում, էլեկտրագեներատոր է: Ճապոնական Kyosemi ընկերությունը իր արեւային մարտկոցները սֆերիկ տեսքով է նախագծել, որպեսզի մեծացնի էլեկտրաէներգիայի արտադրությանը մասնակցող մակերեսը:
Պտտական V3 Solar մարտկոցներ
V3 Solar ընկերությունը ներկայացրել է արեւային մարտկոցի սեփական նախագիծը: Այս երկնագույն պրիզման 20 անգամ ավելի շատ էներգիա է արտադրում, քան հարթարեւային մարտկոցները: Այն պաշտպանված է գերտաքացումից, քանի որ աշխատանքի ժամանակ պտտական շարժման շնորհիվ մարտկոցի մակերեւույթը անընդհատ սառեցվում է:
IBM-ի «արեւածաղիկները»
IBM-ը աշխատում է «Բարձրկոնցենտրացիոն ֆոտոէլեկտրական ջերմային համակարգի»-ի վրա: IBM-ի «արեւածաղիկները» հավաքում են 2000 անգամ ավելի շատ արեւային էներգիա, քան հարթ մարտկոցները, ընդ որում ընդունակ են արեւային եւ ջերմային էներգիան 80%-ով ավելի էլեկտրաէներգիայի փոխակերպել, քան տրադիոցիոն արեւային մարտկոցները:
Ճկուն մարտկոցներ
Ամերիկայն Sunflare ստարտափը ներկայացրել է սեփական ճկուն արեւային մարտկոցները: Դրանք այնքան ճկուն են, որ կարող են փաթաթվել ժապավենի պես։ Այս մարտկոցները կարող են ցանկացած մակերեւույթի ձեւ ընդունել, իսկ դրանց քաշը 65%-ով պակաս է տրադիցիոն հարթ մարտկոցներից, իսկ էֆեկտիվությունը՝10%-ով ավելի:
Tesla-ի արեւային տանիքներ
Շատերն են տեղադրում արեւային մարտկոցներ, սակայնTesla-ն որոշել է պատրաստել արեւային տանիքներ: Հատուկ արեւային կղմինդրը չորս տեսակի է պատրաստված, որպեսզի ծառայի ոչ միայն որպես էներգիայի աղբյուր, այլ ոճային լինի:
Ընկերությունը ցանկանում է ինտեգրել արեւային տանիքները իր մնացած պրոդուկտների հետ. Ծրագրվում է, որ դրանք կաշխատեն Powerwall 2.0-ի հետ եւ իհարկե, կկարողանան էլեկտրոմոբիլները լիցքավորել: ԷլոնՄանքը հայտարարել է նաեւ, որ այս տանիքներն ավելի էժան կլինեն, քան սովորականները:
