Պատրաստ եմ գրազ գալ, որ Դուք շատ վատ պատկերացում ունեք այն բանի մասին, թե ինչ է Ձեր հետ կատարվում խմիչք օգտագործելուց հետո: Չգիտեք նաև ինչու եք խմելուց հետո արթնանում սառը քրտինքի մեջ պատված:
1. Մեր մարմինը ալկոհոլը ընդունում է, որպես թույն և ինչպես ցանկացած օրգանիզմ, սկսում է պայքարել դրա հետ արտադրելով ալկոհոլադեգրենազ ֆերմենտը: Այս ֆերմենտը տղամարդկանց մոտ ավելի ակտիվ է, այդ իսկ պատճառով տղամարդիկ ավելի ուշ են արբում: Երբ սոված փորին եք ալհոկոլ օգտագործում, ուշ եք արբում, քանի որ շատ տեղ եք ունենում:
2. Չարժե համատեղել ալկոհոլը և ասպիրինը: Ասպիրինը ֆերմենտի արտադրողականությունը քչացնոմ է: Հետազոտությունը ցույց է տվել, որ այն մարդկանց արյան մեջ, ովքեր երկու կոճակ ասպիրին էին օգտագործել , իսկ այնուհետև ալկոհոլ խմել, քսանչորս տոկոսով ավելի շատ սպիրտ ունեին արյան մեջ:
3. Ալկոհոլը չի սպանում ուղեղի բջիջները: Ալկոհոլը հիմնականում ազդում է լյարդի բջիջների վրա:
4. Քանի որ ալկոհոլի ընդունումը փոխում է Ձեր իրականության զգացումը, Ձեզ կարող է թվալ, որ մարդկանց սովորական քայլերը դիպմամբ էին: Ահա թե ինչու են նման մարդկանց մոտ հաճախ վեճեր տեղի ունենում:
5. Ալհոկոլը սարսափելի քնաբեր է: Դրա օգտագործումը կարող է խանգարել Ձեր քունը: Դուք անընդհատ կքնեք և կզարթնեք, չեք կարողանա նորմալ հանգստանալ:

7. Ամաչկոտ մարդկանց մոտ ալկոհոլը ըստ հետոզոտողների դրական է ազդում: Ամաչկոտ մարդիկ սոցիալապես կայացած չեն, իսկ խմելով կկարողանան կապ հաստատել մարդկանց հետ: Նրանց համար ալկոհոլը փրկիչ է:
