ՄԻՊ ներկայացուցիչները ՔԿՀ պատժախցում առանձնազրույց են ունեցել Արարատ Խանդոյանի հետ

Զանգվածային լրատվության միջոցներով հրապարակված տեղեկությունների հիման վրա նոյեմբերի 25-ի վաղ առավոտյան, ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի հանձնարարությամբ, անհապաղ այց է կատարվել «Նուբարաշեն» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկ: 

Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի գրասենյակից։ 

«Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի ներկայացուցիչները քրեակատարողական հիմնարկի պատժախցում առանձնազրույց են ունեցել Արարատ Խանդոյանի հետ, ուսումնասիրել նրա պահման պայմանները:

Առանձնազրույցի ընթացքում՝ Ա. Խանդոյանը նշել է, որ թեև իրեն տրամադրել է էլեկտրական ջեռուցիչ, այդուհանդերձ պատժախցում ցուրտ է: Պարզվել է, որ ապակին կոտրված է և այդ հատվածն Ա.Խանդոյանը բարձով է ծածկել: Արարատ Խանդոյանը տեղեկացրել է նաև իր մոտ հիվանդությունների առկայության մասին: 

Արձանագրելով պատժախցի պատուհանի ապակու կոտրված լինելու հանգամանքը՝ Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի ներկայացուցիչների կողմից տեղում բարձրացվել է խնդիրը: Քրեակատարողական հիմնարկի կողմից նույն օրը խցի պատուհանին տեղադրվել է նոր ապակի՝ լուծելով հարցը:

Ա.Խանդոյանի հարցով Արդարադատության նախարարության քրեակատարողական վարչության հետ քննարկում է տեղի ունեցել նաև այսօր, կարևորվել է բժշկի այցի անհրաժեշտությունը, որը տեղի կունենա երկուշաբթի առավոտյան: 

Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աշխատակազմ է մուտքագրվել նաև փաստաբանի բողոքը՝ Ա.Խանդոյանի հայտարարության պատճենի հետ միասին: Բողոքի հիման վրա Արդարադատության նախարարությանն ուղղված գրությամբ բարձրացվել են Ա.Խանդոյանի ու նրա փաստաբանի նշած հիվանդությունների պայմաններումպատժախցում Արարատ Խանդոյանի գտնվելու, ինչպես նաև համապատասխան բժիշկների խորհրդատվության կազմակերպման հարցերը»,-ասվում է հաղորդագրությունում:
