Արթիկի բնակիչները չեն կարողանում հանգիստ տեղաշարժվել

Գաղտնիք չէ, որ Հայաստանի մշակութային, հասարակական կյանքը կենտրոնացած է մայրաքաղաքում և մի քանի խոշոր քաղաքներում, իսկ մյուս՝ միջին քաղաքները, մատնված են անուշադրության:
Մենք զրուցեցինք Շիրակի մարզի երկրորդ քաղաքի՝ Արթիկի բնակիչների հետ, հասկանալու համար, թե ինչ խնդիրներ ունեն բնակիչները:
Քաղաքի դպրոցներից մեկի պատմության ուսուցչուհին ամեն օր դժվարությամբ է հասնում աշխատանքի՝ ճանապարհների անբարենպաստ վիճակի պատճառով: Վերջերս էլ երեք երեխաների մայրն ընկել է քարքարոտ փողոցի վրա և վնասվածք ստացել.
- Քարքարոտ փողոցով քայլեցի, ընկա, ոտքս վնասեցի: Բարեբախտաբար ծանոթ բժիշկ ունեի, ով առանց գումարի, բուժական աշխատանքներն իրականացրեց: Մեր շենքի դիմացի հատվածը լրիվ քանդված վիճակում է, պատկերացրեք՝ անձրևից հետո մենք չենք կարողանում քայլել, երևի պետք է ձկնորսական էն երկարաճիտ կոշիկներով ման գանք, որ կարողանանք տեղաշարժվել: Այդ հատվածը երեք տարի առաջ քանդեցին՝ ջրի խողովակները փոխելու նպատակով, դրանից հետո էդպիսի անմխիթար վիճակ ստեղծվեց: Ձմեռը գոնե գիտենք՝ սառույցի վրա ենք ընկնում, բա հիմա՞: Շատ տգեղ է նաև մեր մայթերի վիճակը, փողոցը վերանորոգելու համար մայթերը քանդեցին ու էդպես էլ թողեցին, ոչ միայն չվերանորոգեցին, այլև էդ ամբողջ շինարարական աղբը թողեցին փողոցների վրա:
Արթիկի շրջանավարտներից մեկը ամեն օր վազում է կրկնուսույցի մոտ՝ ընդունելության քննությունները լավ հանձնելու համար, սակայն նրանից երկար ժամանակ են խլում քարուքանդ եղած փողոցները:
-Քաղաքի արվարձանները լրիվ մատնված են անուշադրության, որոշ հատվածներում անգամ ասֆալտ չկա, միայն հողային ծածկույթ է, ու տարվա բոլոր եղանակներին շատ դժվար է քայլել այդ փողոցներով, տաքսիներն անգամ հրաժարվում են անցնել այդ տարածքներով:
Արթիկում դժվար է տեղաշարժվել նաև մեքենաներով: Բնակիչներից մեկը երկու տարվա ընթացքում երկու ավտոմեքենա է փոխել, քանի որ դրանք չեն դիմանում փողոցների անհարթություններին: Past.am-ի հետ զրույցում բնակիչը նշեց.
-Ես ամեն օր մեքենան քանդում-հավաքում եմ, որովհետև մեքենան էնքան է էդ դարուփոսերի վրա տանջվում, որ անպայման մի մասը փչանում է: Առանց մեքենա էլ աշխատել հնարավոր չի: Ես պետք է քաղաքի մի ծայրից մյուսը հասնեմ: Մեքենան առնում եմ, քշելուց բացարձակ ձեն չի գալիս, մի ամիս էս փողոցների վրա քշելուց հետո, ամեն կողմից սկսում է «դըխկուշըխկ»-ը:
