1. Սպասումը, թե ինչպես պետք է ձեզ սիրեն

Սիրվելը բնական ցանկություն է: Բայց երբ ցանկությունը վերածվում է սպասումի, ապա հաճախ հանգեցնում է հիասթափության եւ պահանջկոտության: Բայց ճշմարտությունն այն է, որ ոչ ոք չի կարող սիրել ձեզ այնպես, ինչպես դուք եք ուզում, որովհետեւ ոչ ոք չի կարող լինել ձեր փոխարեն: Յուրաքանչյուրը սիրում է այնպես, ինչպես ինքն է պատկերացոնւմ սերը: Երբ դուք ունեք սիրվելու ձեր պատկերացումը, եւ ձեզ բարկացնում է, որ նա չի հասկանում դա, միտք եք թույլ տալիս, թե նա ամեն բանի պետք է նայի ձեր աչքերով: Բայց դա անհնարին է: Արդյունքում դժգոհ եք եւ դուք, եւ նա:

Հարաբերություններում ամենամեծ խնդիրներից մեկը, որը հրահրում է մշտական պայքար՝ տանը իշխելու համար, անվստահությունն է: Ընտանիքում դա բացասաբար է ազդում շփման վրա: Եթե ձեզ համար ավելի կարեւոր է ճիշտ լինելը, ապա ձեր զուգընկերն իրեն կզգա անկարեւոր, չսիրված եւ անտեսված: Հարաբերությունները հաջողվում են այն դեպքում, երբ երկուսն էլ կենտրոնանում են դրանց վրա, եւ ոչ թե իրենց անձի: Դուք պետք է տեսնեք ձեր զուգընկերոջ հայացքների արժեքը եւ հաշվի առնեք դրանք. այդպես ավելի լավ կհասկանաք նրան: Եւ նա էլ կհամոզվի, որ գնահատում եք ձեր հարաբերությունները:

4. Կարեւոր հարցերի մասին լռելը

Առօրյա վազքի, երեխաների, կենցաղային հոգսերի  պատճառով շատերը պարզապես  անտեսում են խնդրահարույց հարցերը: Արդյունքում զուգընկերները ժամանակ եւ ուժ չեն ունենում քննարկելու այն, ինչն իրականում կարեւոր է իրենց համաւր: Հնարավոր է, որ նրանցից մեկը պարզապես վախենում է վեճերից եւ խուսափում է կոնֆլիկտներից: Բայց այդպիսի զրույցների  հետաձգումը միայն սրում է խնդիրը: Այն մնում է չլուծված, ընդ որում՝ հարաբերությունները դառնում են լարված՝ մանր վեճերով եւ անվստահությամբ: Սովորեք խնդիրները լուծել ժամանակին:

5. Երեխաների պահանջմունքներն առաջին տեղում դնելը

Վիճակագրությունը ցույց է տալիս, որ երկրորդ ամուսնությունները կրկնակի անգամ ավելի հաճախ են ավարտվում ամուսնալուծություններով, եթե ընտանիքում առաջին ամուսնությունից երեխաներ կան:  Իհարկե, դա բարդ է. դժվար է գտնել ճիշտ բալանս, որպեսզի եւ երեխան իրեն խնամքից զուրկ չզգա, եւ նոր զուգընկերը ուշադրությունից զրկված չլինի: Եվ, իհարկե, չպետք է մոռանալ նաեւ սեփական անձը:
