Ոստիկանության Քանաքեռ-Զեյթունի բաժնի աշխատակիցներին կեղծիքներ կատարելու մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել

ՀՀ ոստիկանության Երևանի քաղաքի վարչության Քանաքեռ-Զեյթունի քրեական հետախուզության բաժնի մի շարք աշխատակիցների ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 314-րդ հոդվածի առաջին մասի և 308-րդ հոդվածի առաջին մասի հատկանիշներով մեղադրանքներ են առաջադրվել:
Այս մասին հայտնի դարձավ դատական տեղեկատվական համակարգից:
ՀՀ ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչության Քանաքեռ-Զեյթունի բաժնի ՔՀԲ-ի հետախուզության գծով օպերլիազորներ Արայիկ Ավագյանին և Վասիլի Վարդանյանին ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 314-րդ հոդվածի առաջին մասով մեղադրանքներ են առաջադրվել այն բանում, որ, հանդիսանալով պաշտոնատար անձ, խմբային շահերից ելնելով` ծառայողական պարտականությունները չեն կատարել և պաշտոնեական դիրքն օգտագործել են ծառայության շահերին հակառակ:
Բացի այդ` ՀՀ ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչության Քանաքեռ-Զեյթունի բաժնի նույն բաժանմունքի ավագ տեսուչ Արմեն Գրիգորյանին ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 314-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել այն բանում, որ պաշտոնում մշտապես իրականացնելով իշխանության ներկայացուցչի գործառույթներ, հանդիսանալով պաշտոնատար անձ, անձնական այլ դրդումներով 11 դրվագով կազմել, հանձնել է փաստեր և իրադարձություններ հավաստող պաշտոնական փաստաթղթեր հանդիսացող` գողության և գողության փորձի դեպքերի վայրերի զննության կեղծ արձանագրություններ, որոնցում մտցրել է զննություններն ընթերականների մասնակցությամբ կատարելու վերաբերյալ ակնհայտ կեղծ տեղեկություններ:
Իր հերթին, Երևան քաղաքի վարչության Քանաքեռ-Զեյթունի բաժնի համայնքային ոստիկանության բաժանմունքի տեսուչ Արամ Համբարձումյանին մեղադրանք առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 308-րդ հոդվածի առաջին մասով այն բանում, որ նա խմբային շահերից ելնելով` ծառայողական պարտականությունները չի կատարել և պաշտոնեական դիրքն օգտագործել է ծառայության շահերին հակառակ, որով էական վնաս է պատճառել պետության օրինական շահերին և էական վնաս է պատճառվել քաղաքացի Գոհար Պարյանի օրինական շահերին:
Վերը նշված քրեական հոդվածներով` մեղադրյալներին սպառնում է նվազագույն աշխատավարձի երկուհարյուրապատիկից չորսհարյուրապատիկի չափով տուգանք, ուղղիչ աշխատանքներ՝ մեկից երկու տարի ժամկետով կամ կալանք՝ մեկից երեք ամիս ժամկետով, կամ առավելագույնը երկուսից չորս տարի ժամկետով ազատազրկում:
Արաբկիր և Քանաքեռ-Զեյթուն վարչական շրջանների ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի դատավոր Արմեն Խաչատրյանը Արայիկ Ավագյանի նկատմամբ, որպես այլընտրանքային խափանման միջոց, ընտրել է գրավը, իսկ Վասիլի Վարդանյանի, Արմեն Գրիգորյանի և Արամ Համբարձումյանի նկատմամբ` ստորագրությունը չհեռանալու մասին:
