Արցախում ծառայակցի կողմից վիրավորված զինծառայողին տեղափոխել են Երեւան. նրան վիրահատել են

Արցախի մարտական դիրքերում նոյեմբերի 22-ին վիճաբանության ժամանակ նախնական տվյալներով ծառայակցի կողմից հրազենային վիրավորում ստացած Ազնավուր Բալեյանին տեղափոխել են Երեւան: Վիրավոր զինծառայողին Ստեփանակերտի հոսպիտալից տեղափոխել են Երեւանի ՀՀ ՊՆ Կենտրոնական զինվորական հոսպիտալ, որտեղ նրան վիրահատել են: Ազնավուր Բալեյանի վիճակը շարունակում է մնալ կայուն ծանր:
Ազնավուր Բալեյանն ունի գլխի շրջանում հրազենային վնասվածք:
Ազնավուր Բալեյանը Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Ծովազարդ գյուղից է: Նա 1 ամսից զորացրվելու է, ունի իրենից մեծ եւ փոքր եղբայրներ:
Ավելի վաղ NEWS.am-ին ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի մամուլի ծառայությունից տեղեկացրել էին, որ մարտական դիրքում հերթապահության ընդգրկված ժամկետային զինծառայող, շարքային Ազնավուր Բալեյանի՝ գլխի շրջանում հրազենային վիրավորում ստանալու դեպքի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ ՔՕ 34-104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով:
Քննությամբ պարզվել է, որ մարտական դիրքում հերթապահության նշանակված շարքայիններ Ա. Ներսեսյանն ու Ազնավուր Բալեյանը որպես դիտորդներ հերթապահել են միեւնույն հերթափոխում:
Նախնական տվյալներով՝ շարքային զինծառայողների միջեւ առաջացել է վիճաբանություն՝ Ա. Բալեյանի` դիտակետում քնելու պատճառով, որի ժամանակ հնչել են փոխադարձ հայհոյանքներ, ապա նաեւ՝ կրակոց արձակվել Ա.Բալեյանի ուղղությամբ, որը դիպել է զինծառայողի գլխին: Տեսնելով, որ Ա.Բալեյանը արնահոսում է՝ Ա.Ներսեսյանն օգնության է կանչել մարտական դիրքի մյուս զինծառայողներին եւ նրան տեղափոխել մոտակա զինվորական հոսպիտալ:
