Հայաստանի քրեակատարողական հիմնարկներում գործելու է դատապարտյալների տեղեկատվական ռեգիստր

Հայաստանում ավարտին են հասցվել քրեակատարողական ծառայության նախաձեռնությամբ շուրջ մեկ տարի առաջ մեկնարկած քրեակատարողական հիմնարկներում էլեկտրոնային կառավարման տեղեկատվական համակարգի ներդրման աշխատանքները: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ այս մասին հայտնեց ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարի առաջին տեղակալ Սուրեն Քրմոյանը:
«Այս նախաձեռնության նպատակն է մշակել քրեակատարողական հիմնարկներում պահվող անձանցվերաբերյալ ամբողջական տեղեկատվություն, ապահովել ստորաբաժանումների կողմից իրականացվածաշխատանքների համապարփակ վերլուծությունը, ինչպես նաև ներդնել հսկողության գործուն միջոցներ»,- ասաց Քրմոյանը:
ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարի առաջին տեղակալը տեղեկացրեց, որ ՀՀ ԱՆ քրեակատարողական վարչության և VXsoft ընկերության մասնագետների կողմից մանրամասն նախագծվել և մշակվել է «Կալանավորված անձանց և դատապարտյալների տեղեկատվական ռեգիստրը», որն աննախադեպ է իր մասշտաբով և տեխնիկական հնարավորություններով:
«Համակարգն ամբողջությամբ ներառում է կալանավորված անձանց և դատապարտյալների պատժի հետագակրումից պայմանական վաղաժամկետ ազատման, պատժի կրման ռեժիմների փոփոխման, տեսակցությունների,ուսման, աշխատանքի, ինչպես նաև կարևորություն ներկայացնող այլ տեղեկություններ: Ընդ որում՝լուսանկարելու, մատնահետքեր վերցնելու, ինչպես նաև տեսանկարելու ողջ գործընթացն իրականացվելու էթվայնացված եղանակով՝ արխիվացվելով յուրաքանչյուր անձի անվանական թղթապանակում»,- ընդգծեց Քրմոյանը:
Ռեգիստրն օժտված է լինելու այնպիսի տեխնիկական հնարավորություններով, որի շնորհիվ հետագայում նախատեսված է ՀՀ իրավապահ համակարգերում գործող այլ տեղեկատվական ռեգիստրների կապի ստեղծումը՝ միջազգայնորեն ճանաչված չափորոշիչների պահպանմամբ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության բնագավառում պատշաճ և նպատակային հսկողություն իրականացնելու նպատակով:
