Նոր տարուն ճոխ սեղանի առկայությունը յուրաքանչյուր հայի համար կարևոր նախապայման է, իսկ գլխավոր դերը խոզի բդինն է:
Իսկ երբվանի՞ց են հայերը սկսել կիրառել խոզի բուդը, ո՞ր ազգից ենք փոխառել, այս և այլ հարցերի  պատասխանները մեզ կտա  ազգագրագետ Սվետլաննա Պողոսյանը:

Ինչպես նա է փաստում՝ խոզի բդի պատմությունը գալիս է հնուց: «Սակայն դա մեր ստեղծած կերակուրը չէ: Մենք խոզի միսը փոխառել ենք դեռևս 18 դարում՝ գերմանացիներից: Սակայն դա փոխառելով՝ մենք օգտագործել ենք որպես կերակրացանկի բաղադրիչ մաս, այսինքն դա չի դիտարկվել որպես ամանորյա ուտեստ: Աստիճանաբար, տարիներ հետո միայն հայերը խոզի բուդը սկսեցին կիրառել որպես ամանորյա ուտեստ»:

Սակայն ի՞նչ եք կարծում՝ անհրաժե՞շտ է դրա կիրառումը: Պարզվում է՝ լիառատ սեղանը հայերիս վնաս է ոչ միայն ֆինանսական տեսակետից, այլև հոգևոր առումով:

Հայ եկեղեցու ԲՈՒՀ-երի հոգևոր պատասխանատու Գեղամ սարկավագ Ավետիսյանը նշում ու հիշեցնում է.
«Պետք է չմոռանանք, որ Սուրբ Ծննդից մեկ շաբաթ առաջ պահք է, իսկ խոզի բուդը, և առհասարակ ճոխ սեղանը, խոսում է մեր ստամոքսամոլություն մասին»:

 

Այնպես որ, խոզի բուդ գնելուց առաջ նախ մտածեք՝ պե՞տք է դա անել, թե ոչ:

Եթե, այնուամենայնիվ, գնել եք՝ ձեզ ենք ներկայացնում գերմանական մեթոդով խոզի բդի պատրաստման եղանակը. չէ որ գերմանական խոզի բուդը աշխարհում հայտնի է որպես շատ համեղ ուտեստ:  Առաջինը հենց գերմանացիներն են համեմունքային փորձակումների ենթարկել այն:
