Խորհուրդներ նորաթուխ մայրիկներին, ովքեր ցանկանում են նիհարել

Բոլոր մայրերը ծննդաբերությունից հետո ցանկանում են նիհարել, որովհետև ինը ամիսների ընթացքում ավելացած կիլոգրամները ոչ միշտ են անհայտանում: Բայց հարց է առաջանում, թե ինչպե՞ս ծննդաբերությունից հետո վերադարձնել նախկին քաշը և հրաշալի տեսք ունենալ: Ավելորդ կիլոգրամներից ազատվելու համար կանայք հետևում են տարբեր սննդակարգերի և դիետաների: Բայց պետք չէ ընկնել կազմվածքի հետևից և մոռանալ փոքրիկի առողջության մասին, որովհետև փոքրիկի առողջությունը կախված է նաև ձեր սնվելուց:
Այս դեպքում հարց է առաջանում. ինչպե՞ս համատեղել փոքրիկի առողջությունն ու գեղեցիկ կազմվածքը:
Իրականում դա այնքան էլ հեշտ չէ, քանի որ կրծքով կերակրելը միավորում է մորը և երեխային: Հղիության ընթացքում փոքրիկի ընդհանուր քաշը կազմում է 10 կիլոգրամ, իսկ մնացած ավելորդ կիլոգրամների դեմ հարկավոր է պայքարել:
Պետք է զինվել համբերությամբ և հետևել մասնագետների խորհուրդներին:
Քաշը պետք է իջեցնել աստիճանաբար: Նիհարելու ընթացքը պետք է նախաձեռնել երեխայի ծննդյան օրվանից սկսած` մեկ տարվա ընթացքում: Առաջին երկու ամիսներին խորհուրդ չի տրվում դիետաների դիմել, որովհետև դա կազդի կաթնարտադրության վրա:
