«Ժողովուրդ». Սերժ Սարգսյանը հայ խաղաղապահին ներում է շնորհվել Սեյրան Օհանյանին հեռացնելուց հետո

«Ժողովուրդ» թերթը գրում է. «Երեկ հայտնի դարձավ, որ խաղաղապահ զորքերի նախկին ծառայող, մեկ տարի չորս ամիս անազատության մեջ գտնվող Դավիթ Հակոբյանին Սերժ Սարգսյանը ներում է շնորհել:
2012թ.-ին խաղաղապահ զորքերում ծառայության ժամանակ Դավիթը ցավեր է զգացել որովայնի շրջանում, նրան տեղափոխել են «Մուրացան» հոսպիտալ, վիրահատել են, ինչն անհաջող է անցել: 2-րդ անգամ վիրահատելուց հետո երիտասարդն ընկել է կոմայի մեջ: Երբ 10 օր անց արթնացել է, ձախ կողմը պարալիզացված է եղել: Պաշտոնապես ասվել է, թե երիտասարդն ինսուլտ է ստացել, սակայն հոսպիտալից դուրս գործունեություն ծավալող մասնագետները հայտնել են, թե նյարդերն են վնասվել վիրահատության ժամանակ:
ՊՆ-ում էլ տարիներ շարունակ հորդորել են չբողոքել բժշկի դեմ՝ խոստանալով բուժում արտերկրում, սակայն խաբել են: Դավիթ Հակոբյանն էլ 2015թ. հուլիսի 21-ին՝ ժամը 10:53-ին, Արմավիրի մարզի Մայիսյան գյուղի իր տանից, իր բջջային հեռախոսահամարից զանգահարել է 1-02 հեռախոսահամարին եւ սուտ հաղորդում տվել այն մասին, թե իբր ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարությունում` Սեյրան Օհանյանի «կաբինետում ռումբ կա տեղադրված»:
Այս զանգից հետո առաջին կարգի հաշմանդամ Դավիթ Հակոբյանը մեղավոր էր ճանաչվել ահաբեկչության մասին կեղծ ահազանգ կատարելու մեջ (ՔՕ 259 հոդված) ու դատապարտվել 1 տարի 6 ամսվա ազատազրկման: Սեյրան Օհանյանի հեռանալուց եւ Վիգեն Սարգսյանի ՊՆ նշանակվելուց հետո Սերժ Սարգսյանը ներում է շնորհել երիտասարդին՝ 2 ամիս շուտ ազատ արձակելով նրան: Հուսանք՝ նաեւ կբուժվի պետության միջոցներով»:
