Հայաստանում բոլոր պայմանները ստեղծված են ինքնավար արևային կայանների տեղադրման համար

Փոքր հզորությամբ ինքնավար արևային կայանների տեղադրման համար Հայաստանում ստեղծված են բոլոր անհրաժեշտ պայմանները։ Կատարված օրենսդրական փոփոխություններից հետո այսուհետ ֆիզիկական և իրավաբանական անձինք սեփական կարիքները բավարարելու համար կարող են տեղադրել մինչև 150 կՎտ հզորությամբ արևային ինքնավար կայաններ, արտադրել էլեկտրաէներգիա, իսկ ավելցուկը վաճառել «Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցեր» ընկերությանը։

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ էներգետիկ ենթակառուցվածքների և բնական պաշարների նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, դրա համար ոչ միայն չի պահանջվում որևէ լիցենզիա, այլև ամբողջ գործընթացն ազատված է հարկերից։

 ՀՀ էներգետիկ ենթակառուցվածքների և բնական պաշարների նախարարության վերականգնվող էներգետիկայի և էներգախնայողության վարչության պետ Հայկ Բադալյանի խոսքով, վերջերս Հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորող հանձնաժողովը հաստատեց նաև ինքնավար կայանների էլեկտրական ցանցին միանալու պայմանագրի օրինակելի ձևը և հատուցման տրամադրման կարգը։ Այդպիսով, այլևս որևէ խոչընդոտ չկա սեփական կարիքները բավարարելու համար մինչև 150 կՎտ հզորությամբ արևային ինքնավար կայանների տեղադրման և շահագործման համար։

Ցանցին միանալու համար անհրաժեշտ կլինի սպառողի կողմից ներկայացված դիմումը։ Դրա հիման վրա կնքվում է միացման պայմանագիրը, որի համաձայն ցանցերն իրականացնում է նոր սպառողի միացումը։

Դրանից հետո, ըստ Հ. Բադալյանի, տեղադրվում են դարձափոխիչային ռեվերսային բազմասակագնային էլեկտրոնային հաշվիչներ, որոնց ձեռքբերման և սպասարկման հետ կապված հարցերը կարգավորվում են Հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորող հանձնաժողովի կողմից հաստատված՝ էլեկտրական էներգիայի մատակարարարման և օգտագործման կանոններով։
