Շարմազանովը երեք քայլ է առանձնացնում ժողովրդավարական չափանիշներին համապատասխան ընտրությունների անցկացման համար

Հայաստանում առաջիկա խորհրդարանական ընտրությունները պատշաճ կերպով կազմակերպելու համար միջազգային դոնոր կազմակերպությունների հատկացրած գումարները պետք է ծախսվեն նպատակային: Ազգային ժողովում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում այս մասին ասաց ՀՀ ԱԺ փոխնախագահ Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը: «Այդ մասին Ընտրական օրենսգրքի քննարկումների ժամանակ ասել է նաև կառավարության աշխատակազմի ղեկավար-նախարար Դավիթ Հարությունյանը: Եվ մենք դրական ենք գնահատում մեր միջազգային գործընկերների տրամադրվածությունը, որ Հայաստանում առաջիկա ընտրությունները լինեն ժողովրդավարական չափանիշներին համապատասխան»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ նշեց Շարմազանովը:
ԱԺ փոխնախագահը երեք քայլ առանձնացրեց, որոնք անհրաժեշտ են ժողովրդավարական չափանիշներին համապատասխան ընտրություններ անցկացնելու համար: Նրա խոսքով` առաջին պայմանը իշխանությունների քաղաքական կամքն է, որը կա: Երկրորդ քայլը քաղաքական ուժերի միջև կոնսոլիդացիան է, որը նույնպես կա: «Երրորդ քայլը դրամական միջոցների առկայությունն է, և, կարծես, այդ հարցն էլ է լուծվում մեր միջազգային գործընկերների աջակցության շնորհիվ»,- հավելեց Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը:
Հարցին, թե ԱՄՆ դեսպանատան վերջին հայտարարության մեջ նշվում է, որ քաղաքական ուժերի միջև համաձայնությունը բավարար չէ ժողովրդավարական չափանիշներին համապատասխան ընտրություններ անցկացնելու համար, Շարմազանովը պատասխանեց. «Ես չգիտեի, թե ինչ հայտարարություն է տարածել դեսպանատունը, բայց ասացի, որ առաջինը իշխանությունների քաղաքական կամքն է, երկրորդը՝ քաղաքական ուժերի միջև կոնսոլիդացիան: Առաջին երկուսն արդեն կան, իսկ երրորդը՝ գումարների առկայությունը, կարծես, լուծվում է»:
